We focus our efforts on those living in extreme poverty or disadvantage: street kids, orphans, trafficked kids, marginalized women and families, child slaves and those suffering as a result of devastated environmental conditions or natural disasters. Down Syndrome UK works to improve the lives of people with Down syndrome, and their families. We primarily work in maternity care and early years, providing resources, training and support to parents and professionals to empower those with Down syndrome to thrive and flourish.

The charity works with African partners on development programmes in Africa including: supporting the resettlement of children in Uganda from a Children's Home into families; supporting disadvantaged children though primary education in Uganda; supporting rural community groups in Uganda towards self reliance; supporting girls in university education in Ethiopia.

Mimosa House aims to advance art by female and queer artists, as well as advancing education in the arts by encouraging the enjoyment of art by female and queer artists. Mimosa House provides a welcoming, open community space for the public to engage with art, and for women/LGBTQ-plus artists and the wider public to meet, share ideas, and build cross-cultural connections.

We run conferences and events, conferences for ladies of all ages and varied events for different participant groups. Through this we run a bursary scheme so the conferences are accessible to ladies from all backgrounds. We provide face to face and online resources for churches and individuals. We also raise funds to donate these resources where possible to those in need.

Mummy's Star is the only UK charity with the aim of 'supporting pregnancy through cancer and beyond'. More specifically the charity focuses on supporting women/families where the mother:Is diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy; Is diagnosed with cancer within a year of giving birth;Loses her life to cancer, following a diagnosis in either of the time periods specified above.

To relieve the needs of homeless teenage girls and young women by providing safe accommodation.Supporting them to return to education or find employment or training to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible adults.

The objects of the CIO are to promote and protect activities that benefit communities and in particular (without limitation) to provide benefit to young women and girls across marginalised communities in Africa, Europe, Latin America and Asia by relieving and preventing poverty, advancing education and promoting equality by the elimination of discrimination on grounds of sex.

The centre provides the services of a mosque in the south of manchester. Facilities of the centre are open to the public all day. It caters for the five dailty prayers, the after school childrens' madrassa and other community needs for the Muslims of the area. There are regular weekly study circles for men, women and children. There is a weekly fitness class for boys also.

The Stella McCartney Cares Foundation runs a give away program for post-mastectomy bras. The bras are distributed through hospitals in the UK and through the foundation's website to women in need globally. Additionally, the foundation support education, research and awareness raising on environmental issues as they relate to fashion's impact on the planet.

Religious Community

Advisory and support services for women facing unplanned pregnancy and support for post abortion or other pregnancy or child loss concerns. Befriending service offering practical support, group participation and individual mentoring for vulnerable pregnant women or new mothers. Relationships and Sexual Health Education project for local young people and targeted groups.

The trust strives to serve the community. It provides education, cultural, social and spiritual activities. Runs a primary school, secondary girls school, provides short ICT training courses, Arabic classes, classes in qur'an recitation, summer youth activities, holds conferences, seminars, lectures, provides counselling, organises pilgrimage trips, offers prayer facilities, and pastoral care.

To advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public, in particular through maintaining St Mary's Convent Wantage and sustaining the religious community there, and promoting the religious life generally; for public benefit, to support education through projects with an Anglican character or an Anglican partner; to assist and support projects for vulnerable women suffering from illness.

Young women's youth work charity

We support vulnerable girls aged 11-16 with trauma-informed learning, mentoring, and well being programs,helping them overcome barriers and thrive in education and work, and life.

Sheffield Women's Counselling and Therapy Service (also known as Saffron) is a women-only organisation which provides psychotherapy/ counselling for women. Saffron is currently funded to offer psychotherapy to women over the age of 16 who have experienced some form of trauma, such as abuse (physical, emotional and/or sexual), harassment or neglect.

We run a 6-month long You Make It holistic programme empowering young, unemployed and underemployed women, with the confidence, networks, skills, knowledge and experiences needed to break out of poverty into financially independent lives with reflect greater integration with the social and cultural life of their city. Beneficiaries are largely from Hackney and Tower Hamlets.
