A holistic model of regeneration and social provision providing Children Centre, parenting, youth, employment support, careers advice and guidance, leisure, health and fitness + sports provision, volunteering and support services for the elderly plus collaborative working with other third sector and statutory agencies in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and surrounding areas.

At City Gateway, we imagine a society where everyone reaches their full potential; where the future is not defined by the past or determined by the place a person starts. We offer 1-2-1 support, training courses, Traineeships and Apprenticeships for disadvantaged young people, and give young people vital experience, much needed confidence and essential skills to ready them for the workplace.

The principal activities of the charity are; to deliver person-centred care, education and training in life skills, that promote social inclusion and community interaction, whilst providing a safe and comfortable home environment, for adults with learning disabilities aged 18+.

Provides independent advocacy services through all age ranges including those with mental health issues, mental capacity issues, learning disabilities, carers in North Wales and Surrounding areas. The service operates primarily within the geographical areas of Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Anglesey although not exclusively.

OPEN DOOR PROVIDES COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY TO YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 12 - 24. IT ALSO PROVIDES A SERVICE FOR THE PARENTS OF THOSE AGED 11 - 21.

We receive referrals through our network of schools. We deliver a bed bundle for every child in the household that requires it; this includes a brand-new Bed, Mattress, Duvet, Pillow, Bed Sheets, Pyjamas and Hygiene Kit. We work with local partners to include Food Parcels and, if needed, a school uniform. We can also mediate between families and their support services, as well as making referrals.

To advance the development and education of mainly, but not exclusively, pre-school children, by offering appropriate play, education and care facilities and activities through the medium of Welsh and English and by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children.

To relieve African Caribbean persons in the area of benefit (Yorkshire, Humberside and Nottinghamshire) who are suffering from mental illness or who otherwise are in need by reason of their age, youth, disability, financial hardship or social circumstances , by the provision of social and health care facilities.

Rosa is the first UK-wide fund for women's initiatives.Rosa's vision is of equality and justice for women and girls in the UK. We aim to raise and distribute money to women's initiatives and influence other to do the same.We fund initiatives in the priority areas of economic justice, equal representation, health & well-being, and safety.

Barnet Youth Zone (Unitas) opened on June 23rd 2019. The vision at Unitas Youth Zone is to unite young people to help them fulfil their potential. We provide young people with somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to. We are open 7 days a week and deliver a range of exciting activity-based programmes that challenge, stimulate, and provide new opportunities for young people.

The main objective of the charity is to provide education based on the principles of Waldorf Education.The charity runs the York Steiner School for pupils aged 3 - 16 yrs old. It also runs Parent & Child groups and offers adult education.

Young Roots works with young refugees supporting them to improve their wellbeing and fulfil their potential, through intensive one-to-one Casework, youth and sporting activities, English language mentoring, youth leadership and access to specialist therapeutic and legal advice.

THE RESCUE & REHABILITATION OF DONKEYS, HORSES & OTHER ANIMALS FROM CRUELTY, NEGLECT OR ABANDONMENT OR ELDERLY ANIMALS THAT REQUIRE VETERINARY CARE AND ATTENTION. FACILITATING UNDER PRIVILEGED, DISABLED & SICK CHILDREN TO INTERACT WITH RESCUE DONKEYS & HORSES, FACILITATING MANY GROUPS INCLUDING THE ELDERLY, HOMES, CLUBS & SCHOOLS, HEART, STROKE, CANCER VICTIMS FOR REHABILITATION THERAPY.

Support Through Court aim to reduce the disadvantage of people facing the civil and family justice system without a lawyer, enabling them to access justice. We believe that no one should face court alone and so we work to provide immediate support to everyone who comes to us.
