DHEF encourages families and especially women of all ages and cultures from every sector of society to reach their potential through formal and informal educational projects. DHEF has a Christian ethos and in its activities promotes respect for the individual, personal freedom, self-confidence and responsible attiitudes in professional, private and public life.

Promoting the welfare of refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants within and around Gloucestershire through the drop-in centre offering a 'safe space' activities, refreshments, information &advice on health, housing,benefits,immigration,law,education, career; Counselling provision for those effected by trauma;access to other agencies;food clothing,toys,furniture,household items& bedding.

Providing education, training, financial assistance and housing solutions for young people and adults who are vulnerable or disadvantaged.

The Golf Foundation has two strategic aims to help grow the sport (1) Golf for all - to provide any young person, regardless of background or ability, with the opportunity to enjoy the playing and personal benefits of golf and, (2) Helping any young person to 'Start, Learn and Stay' in golf, providing a player pathway into golf clubs.

A channel for charitable giving of Yorkshire Building Society ('YBS'). Its two priority areas are alleviating poverty and improving health/saving lives. To do so it makes donations for a specific purpose/item to registered charities, recommended by members and colleagues, who support beneficiaries such as children, the seriously ill, the elderly, the homeless and the disabled in the UK.

Provides a specialist community centre, practical and emotional support, information, outreach and advice to people with hearing loss, of all faiths or none. Services include day centre, social/cultural activities and support/advocacy services for Deaf/Deafblind British Sign Language users, Deaf Awareness training/support for care homes, technology room, lipreading classes and family services

Curious Minds is a creative charity delivering a wide range of initiatives for children and young people in the North West. Caring for elderly residents

To support adult and young carers residing in Bristol and South Gloucestershire who are, or werecarrying out a caring role for persons who are disabled, elderly or ill, by the provision of practical help,advice, assistance, service, advocacy and support.

Caudwell Youth provides support that changes the lives of at risk young people aged 11-24 yrs through person-centred support.

NNRF provides practical support to asylum seekers and refugees in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, raises awareness of asylum and refugee issues in the wider community, and campaigns for asylum and refugee rights.

Thomley is the place for people of all abilities. It is the primary setting where disabled people of any age, their families, friends and carers will find the support, encouragement and opportunity to participate in a range of indoor and outdoor recreational, leisure and creative activities. Thomley will contribute towards the development of skills useful for managing their day-to-day lives.

Hampton Fuel Allotment Charity supports families and individuals on low income with a grant to help with the costs of gas and electricity; and supports organisations to provide services and activities for those in need through grantmaking.

The provision of care home accommodation for older people in Wirral. We run a care home (non nursing) and annexe with 24 hour care with thirty three rooms in West Kirby. We are affiliated to the Abbeyfield Society nationally.

Roots and Shoots provides vocational training for young people with learning, social and emotional problems, to provide them with the skills to find and keep employment. We also provide environmental education for schools and the local community and work towards enhancing and supporting biodiversity in the local area.

The objects of the Foundation are to support the provision of education by the two schools of the Foundation, St Olave's & St Saviour's Grammar School, Orpington and St Saviour's & St Olave's School, Southwark; to support the education of young people under the age of 25 in Southwark either directly or through other organisations; and to support the choir of Southwark Cathedral.
