Mermaids overarching aim is to create a world where gender diverse children and young people can be themselves and thrive; to this end, our goal is to relieve the mental and emotional stress of all those aged 19 years and under who are transgender, nonbinary and gender variant, as well as to promote education and awareness.

BCC is a healthy, growing Church. We are a Church without walls which is active in the local community by reaching out to different sections of society with love and care. We are strongly linked into our local community in many ways, from the food distribution work of the Hope Foundation through to the Ark Pre-School and Baseline Youth group.

Pure Insight supports young care leavers aged 16-28. It's range of outreach projects (which tackle complex social issues for those making the transition to independence) include Mentoring, Psychological Wellbeing Service/Counselling, intense support for care experienced young parents, peer support, drop in cafes and an Experts by Experience group influencing local and national service provision

Established 1823. Key role managing Adelaide House Women's Approved Premises. Adelaide creatively supports female offenders with complex needs offering dynamic alternatives to custody (e.g. training, employment, domestic abuse provision, outreach initiatives & personal development). Promoting awareness of women issues, penal affairs and domestic abuse in Liverpool Diocese & Greater Merseyside.

Leeds GATE works to improve quality of life for Gypsies and Travellers across West Yorkshire. We provide advocacy, mental health support work, community development work, youth work and specialist support around domestic violence and criminal justice to our membership. We have a community centre in Cross Green, Leeds but work via outreach and other community venues across West Yorkshire.

The focus of our grant-making is and always has been, on promoting the education of young people who are in financial need, with our definition of the term ''education'' being appropriately broad. The geographical area of benefit is the City of Norwich and the Parishes of Costessey, Hellesdon, Catton, Sprowston, Thorpe-next-Norwich and Corpusty in the County of Norfolk.

The provision of independent advocacy to persons with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues. The service includes generic, specialist and self advocacy projects.

Ambition, Aspire, Achieve focuses on the communities of Newham and East London. We work in partnership with, and receive referrals schools, education welfare services, health visitors, family and child consultation services, community mental health teams, probation services, family support groups, disability support groups, community organisations and youth offending teams.

Work with all those who are involved in literacy teaching in schools, the publishing industry and the wider system in the UK. Provide training, resources and support to develop and research the teaching of literacy and knowledge about children's literature. Increase awareness effective and creative literacy teaching to influence policy and practice to raise the achievement of children.

The charity's aims are to increase education attainment, employment and entrepreneurship rates for BAME people to the national average; to ensure that BAME communities and individuals contribute to the economic growth of their communities; to work with individuals and communities to improve integration and cohesion.

We work with adults on the Autistic Spectrum helping them develop their social and independent living skills. We offer a varied programme of activities and support into employment. We also provide training in Autistic Spectrum Conditions and advice, information and support to parents, carers and those working with this vulnerable client group.

The Centre for Justice Innovation seeks to build a justice system which every citizen believes is fair and effective. Weprovide hands on support to practitioners in the justice system, conduct research, promote evidence-based, innovative justice policy, and share lessons between the jurisdictions of the UK and with our sister organisation in New York City, the Center for Justice Innovation.

Through debating, Debate Mate delivers key skill to young people in areas of high child poverty. University undergraduate debaters run after-school debating clubs in inner-city schools across the UK. Debate Mate also runs regional and national inter-school debating competitions. Learning to debate develops core skills identified by business and the government as missing in mainstream education.

Ride High has been set up to help disadvantaged and troubled children from Milton Keynes and the surrounding neighbourhood by giving them the opportunity to ride and look after horses. The aim is to give them a new focus in their lives and to provide them with long term support and new skills that will help them participate positively in society in the future.

The KFC Foundation's vision is to support young people in the UK to fulfil their potential; it makes grants to support charities to give young people a safe social space, mentoring, work programmes and social skills. The charities that are supported by the Foundation are small grass roots charities, who in many cases, work with the most vulnerable young people in their community.

Project Art Works is a unique visual art organization that creates opportunities with and for young people and adults who have complex needs to engage with the world and express themselves through art. Project Art Works is based in Hastings, East Sussex and runs a range of projects, programmes and exhibitions that have a national reach.

Provision of services for older people in the Council areas of Wyre Forest, Bromsgrove and Redditch.Services include Help at Home, Befriending, Social Activities, Information and Advice.

Specialist sexual violence support services for women and girls (predominantly those 13 and over) who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. This includes Counselling, Help line, ISVA & advocacy services, Girls & Young women services, Jyoti services for Black, Asian & Minoritised women & girls, supporting Survivors to have voice & influence & Prevention work.

CHUF supports the children and their families who receive treatment at the Children's Heart Unit at the Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust and throughout the North of England. We raise funds for large and small pieces of equipment, facilities, aftercare, psychological and family support and research with the aim of improving the lives of child heart patients.

In supporting victims and survivors who are living with or fleeing Domestic Violence and Abuse, we provide the following services:- Advice Helpline;- Emergency Refuge accommodation and support;- Training programmes for Children, Young People and Adults;- Therapeutic Intervention;- Advocacy, emotional and practical support;- Interpretation, translation and Immigration Services
