Our income is raised from local fundraising events and from members donations. We support local charities-the elderly locally-the young locally and local people with disabilities. We also make small donations to national charities who provide speakers at our meetings. We make donations to rotary charities.

As a church we provide facilities for public worship. We also minister to the elderly and sick through visitation. We provide care and support for those with spiritual and emotional needs. We also visit many retirement homes and hold short services. In addition we support all our local primary schools with religious education through a bible exhibition.

To promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical,interlectual,social and spirtual potentials,as responsible citizens and as members of their local, natioal and international communities. The method of achieving the Aim of the Association is by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training, based on the Scout Law and Promise.

TO PROMOTE AN ANNUAL SEASON OF PROFESSIONAL CHAMBER MUSIC CONCERTS AND FAMILY CONCERTS, FEATURING ESTABLISHED ARTISTS OF THE HIGHEST CALIBRE AND EMERGING YOUNG ARTISTS

The club is held on alternate weeks. It gives members an opportunity to play games and mix with others. The group takes part in a range of activities from bingo to arts & crafts. We have a snooker table, football table and music centre. So sometimes members boogie or just chat and join in the other activities. Drinks & snacks are provided. SCOUT GROUPTHE PURPOSE OF SCOUTING IS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

To promote and develop the art of choral music in all its aspects, to help and assist various charitable bodies by presenting choral concerts in order to raise funds for them.

We are a Scout Group providing fun/sporting activities for children from 6 to 14. Three main groups meet weekly over 3 terms. Beaver group, Cub Scouts, Scouts and Explorer Scouts. We operate according the Scout Association's rules.

Raising money by activities organised by the Friends of Edith Borthwick School- by quiz nights, bingo nights, raffles, disco's, summer fair and Bags2School and a Christmas Event.

The aims and objectives of the group are to further charitable purposes for the benefit of the elderly in the district of Harlow. In furtherance of these objectives to co-ordinate and supplement the work of all those whose interest is in the care and happiness of the aged in Harlow.

To assist young people aged between 10 and 25 years who are resident in, or near the Diocese of Sheffield, to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capabilities, so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and so that their conditions of life may be improved. The Barnet Asian Old Peoples Association provides a welcoming day centre facility for the recreation, leisure and social welfare of the elderly in the Asian community.On average 80-90 members per day attend the day centre facilities .

Friends of Bulgaria provides humanitarian aid to Bulgaria focusing on improving the quality of life of disadvantaged children and young people through fund-raising raising initiatives and events. Financial grants are awarded by the Committee to Bulgarian NGOs and institutions on the basis of project proposals.

Organising social events within the school - ranging from cake sales to xmas/summer fairs to school quiz to raise funds to benefit the children of St. Michaels School.Known as St Michael's PTA for banking purposes.

THE GROUP EXISTS TO PROMOTE SCOUTING ACTIVITIES AS DESCRIBED IN SCOUTING LAW AS SET DOWN BY LORD BADEN POWELL, AND TO ENCOURAGE ITS GROWTH THROUGH THE RELEVANT AGE GROUPS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE LOCAL AREA.

To raise funds for donation to Kirby Muxloe Primary School, Leicesterhire either for direct requests by the school or one off projects agreed by the charity Trustess. Other donations may be given to other charities at the discretion of the charity Trustees

The objective of the Organisation shall be to relieve sickness, infirmity and old age amongst persons living in the Exeter district, by providing a local broadcasting service for hospitals, old peoples homes and similar institutions and in furtherance of the objective.

The objectives of the Friends of Christ Church Hanham are to advance the education of all the pupils of the school; to engage in activities that support the school; to provide facilities or items for use at the school and; to develop the relationship between staff, pupils and parents.

Scouting Activities for 6-7 years old; 8-10.5 years old; 10-14 years old. Older children join an Explorer Group, but work with us on "Young Leader" skills.

Distribution of interest from investments in accordance with the Will of Thomas Sharples to elderly persons and UK undergraduate students entitled to use the name Sharples or Hesmondhalgh.

Activities for children aged 6 - 14 1/2 following scouting guidelines. Emphasis on outdoor pursuits, skills and social opportunities within the village setting and further afield.

We provide a meeting place in Abbots Langley Herts where people with severe learning difficulties can meet up on a Monday evening.The club takes its members out bowling at least 6 times a year and to see a musical show in London once a year, the club meets at Abbots Langley Community Centre where we have many activities going on each week, Table tennis, Snooker, arts& Crafts, Coffee Bar ETC:

Friends of Bolivia charity founded to relieve poverty, advance education and promote health in Bolivia, South America. Our mission is to help to improve the living conditions of Bolivia's poorest and neediest, particularly women, children and elderly people.

To study and perform oratorio and other choral works and so educate interested sections of the public in the art and science of music by the presentation of concerts and other activities. This also includes enabling school children to aprticpate in concerts in front of a live audience and with a professional orchestra.

The Trust makes grants to charities within the Borough of Guildford who support disadvantaged children and young people needing support for training and activities to develop social skills and wellbeing as well as supporting the work of Guildford United Reformed Church with young people.
