We offer group work, whole family and individual support, across Cornwall , in partnership with young mums, young dads, and other agencies. We hold the Queen's Award, Guardian Charity Award, and are overall GSK Impact Award national winners 2018.

Relief of elderly in Hammersmith & Fulham Borough from Day Centre: Advice and information, befriending, transport to shops, outings, keep fit classes, pilates, computer room, hot lunches, mind games, lounge area, local & vocal forum, art classes, digital enabling, library, garden, blind club, dementia club, bingo & others. Fund-raising through a shop selling donated goods.

Providing Music & Arts projects for young people not accessing mainstream education. Running a gallery space which holds art exhibitions and music events. Provides facilities, space and resources for other organisations and creative individuals.

We offer affordable activities to the local community. Activities include Drop In for the under 5s and their parents/carers; junior, intermediate and senior youth clubs; holiday play-schemes; monthly tea-dances; ESOL classes; Over 50s Activities; community events; After School Clubs; art club; dance and drama club We rent out our spaces to generate funding to run the projects.

SCM exists to serve and to share with the churches of Southampton in their task of bringing the love of Jesus to the city. SCM provides food and clothing on an emergency basis using Food and Clothing Banks at local churches across the city. SCM works alongside schools in educating children in the teachings of Christ.

Children Change Colombia was established in 1991. We are the largest UK charity working exclusively in Colombia. We work on neglected issues facing children and young people in Colombia that pose a serious threat to children's rights and wellbeing. In particular: Recruitment into armed groups and reintegration into society; Sexual and gender based violence; and Exclusion from education.

The Theodora Children's Charity brings music, magic and laughter to children living with illness, disability and serious health challenges with Giggle Doctor visits. They are professional performers, trained by the charity, to work in a clinical setting to bring therapeutic play to relieve a childs' distress, and improve their wellbeing and experience of being in hospital.

Established to provide safe accommodation for women and women with children in need of a supportive environment together with an outreach centre, to those in the community experiencing violence and domestic abuse in their lives.

Rugby Gymnastics Club is a long established Gymnastics Club in Warwickshire, which is dedicated to training young gymnasts, both boys and girls of all levels and ability from pre-school through recreational to elite standard and competitive squads. At Rugby we offer children the opportunity to experience gymnastics in a safe and friendly environment with tuition provided by professional coaches.

Support women and families from disadvantaged backgrounds such as women fleeing abuse, BAME groups, individuals facing money, debt and fuel poverty, people who are homeless or facing homelessness, ex-offenders and at risk of offending, long term unemployed and those suffering form mental/physical disability. We provide confidential, non judgemental person centred advise and practical support.

Peer Power Youth is an exciting, young social justice charity that promotes empathy towards under-supported children and young people. The objects of the Company shall be for the benefit of the public across Sussex to (i) protect and preserve public health and (ii) to relieve mental and emotional distress of persons and in particular of people who are, bisexual, lesbian, gay, transgender or in doubt about their sexuality by in particular the provision of advice, information and well being services.

Legal advice and information service to people held in immigration detention

To improve the conditions of life amongst carers resident in the Wakefield Metropolitan District so that the charitable needs of the carers are thus relieved and in particular amongst carers who care or have cared for partners, relatives, children, friends or neighbours who are dependent upon them because of disability arising from age, long-term illness, mental or physical disablement.

Provides specialist, independent and confidential support services to women and girls whose lives have been affected by sexual violence of any kind at any time. Currently offers freephone telephone helpline, helpline support via text and e-mail and face-to-face emotional support, Also raises awareness and understanding of sexual violence through the delivery of talks, workshops etc.

Age UK Dacorum works in partnership with other voluntary and statutory agencies to provide services for older people in Dacorum and the surrounding areas. Our purpose is to improve the quality of later life, by offering practical, emotional and social support. Also, to help people make informed choices so that they remain independent and can delay the need for more intensive support.

The charity runs regular work parties to maintain and restore the canal in conjunction with Canal and River Trust, and a small canoe hire operation for local groups and families.We also liaise with local government and other relevant bodies.

Gateway Christian Centre operates as a local Christian church in West Bromwich providing services such as:Public worship services, Communion, Baptisms, Weddings, Funerals, Pastoral Care, Marriage guidance, Family support, Food support for needy families both within the congregation and in the wider community, Children's ministry, Youth work, Young leader mentorship, Moms and Toddlers group etc.
