We undertake therapeutic and structural (justice-focused) work with children and families and we work closely with other agencies, including statutory and voluntary services and schools. We are also developing a model of therapeutic community work and we offer training, advice, advocacy and supervision. We work across Cambridgeshire.

The principal activity during the year continues to be the enhancing the development and education of children under the statutory school age.

The TSA:-supports individuals affected by Tuberous Sclerosis Complex(TSC), together with their families and carers;-encourages and supports research into the causes and management of TSC; and-provides education, publicity and information to promote awareness of the problems caused by TSC.

We provide support and services to people with an acquired brain injury, their families and carers in south east Wales.

Age UK Waltham Forest aims to improve the quality of life for older adults in Waltham Forest by providing direct services, campaigning for the rights of older people and participating in partnership working with statutory authorities and non-governmental organisations.

Provides childcare for 0 - 11 year old children. Open for 50 weeks per year on a 7.30 - 6.00 basis

The core purpose of Age UK Dorchester is to support older people to live in their own homes for as long as they want and ensure that the voices of older people in North, South and West Dorset are collectively and individually heard and responded to. We offer a range of services including homesupport, handyperson, information and advice, befriending, social activities and dementia therapy.

The Trust Deed provides that the income of the Trust Fund (and in certain cases the capital) should be paid or applied for such charitable purposes as the Trustees should think fit. The Trustees have particular regard for medical charities, charities for old people and those who have fallen on evil days through no fault of their own, and the charities specified in the Schedule to the Trust Deed.

Its activities are directed to children and young people without the support of families and in need, children and young people at risk. In addition to children and young people, the charity also provides assistance to people with disabilities, the aged, the vulnerable and individuals, families communities and groups who are in need.

Provision and management of self-contained accommodation for elderly people

We are dedicated to raising funds to provide psychological support for children and young people with brain and CNS tumours and their families. This includes provision of clinical psychologists in children's hospitals, provision of professional and family information via a resources hub, family support and professional development to improve standards of support for families.

Pan works across cultures, faiths and experiences to use the arts to empower young people to effect change in their lives, both in the UK and internationally. We particularly focus on disadvantaged groups and individuals who feel they have no voice to express their problems and no routes to re-imagine themselves and their futures.

THE END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN COALITION (EVAW) WORKS TO PROMOTE THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF WOMEN AND GIRLS TO LIVE FREE FROM VIOLENCE. WE CAMPAIGN FOR STRATEGIC ACTION TO END ALL FORMS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS IN THE UK AND CHALLENGE THE WIDER CULTURAL ATTITUDES THAT TOLERATE AND CONDONE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS.

LGBT mental health & wellbeing charity offering a range of support services, incl. counselling, crisis prevention & intervention support, workshops, support groups, events, and youth, schools & befriending programmes, plus LGBT voice, consultation, awareness raising, education programmes, and training services to professionals, education services, non-profit, public health & corporate sectors.

The provision and maintenance of Almshouses and associated services and amenities for persons over 60 years of age who are in need of accommodation through old age, chronic sickness, disability or necessitous circumstances.Accommodation is provided to people over 60 years of age, on the basis of housing need, who have connections with Maldon, in Essex, and are able to live independently.

Promoting social action amongst today?s young people, helping them to develop the skills required to become an effective volunteer, a prolific fundraiser and a productive and proactive member of society. Young people will be supported to build a social conscience and a sense of responsibility, acquiring a range of soft skills - including leadership and teamwork - whilst benefitting those in need.

London Reclaimed started in 2011 as an employment charity with a passion to help young people who struggle to step up into employment. We provide job-specific training, employability skills, tailored mentoring and paid work to 16-25 years olds in South East London, in Goldfinch Furniture and Lumberjack Cafe.

Starfish Asia in the UK raises and channels financial resources to known and trusted partners and charities in Pakistan that are providing direct help to the poor, mainly but not exclusively among the minority Christian community in Pakistan. Our chief concern is provision of education for the children of the poorest of the poor, as well as relief to the disabled and disadvantaged.

The charity invites applications from the Frank Brake Family for funding of worthy registered charities each year with a particular emphasis on local charities where the family knows the charity's representative. The applications are reviewed against these criteria and if approved, the funds are released.
