Radiomarathon offers services to people with learning disabilities and their families/carers in a caring and stimulating environment, at a superb purpose built site in 7 acres of land.

We provide a base for the community to meet and provide support and local resources. We deliver courses and activities that have been requested by the local users in conjunction with our many partnerships. We also provide an advice service. We have a Furniture store which provides low cost furniture. We have a creche where children can be cared for whilst their carer attends one of our courses.

Padmaloka is a UK Buddhist retreat centre for men and hosts retreats exploring Buddhism, Buddhist Meditation and study. Poperinghe Pre-School is based in Arborfield Garrison. The pre-school is open from 8am until 4pm, operating a variety of sessions during these hours. The well trained staff educate children from age 2 years to 5 years giving them the opportunity to access the Early Years Curriculum in a safe, caring and fun environment. The children benefit from four classrooms and four outdoor areas.

PBIC provides a multilingual services including career advice, general advice, ESOL, Employability Skills courses. As part of our support to help migrant workers integrate into British society we organize social events, workshops and forums. We offer and encourage volunteering opportunities.We work with partners aiming to inform local and national strategies in relation to migrants.

We work mainly from our centre in Edge Hill, close areas where Asylum Seekers are housed and are best described as providing general assistance, specialising in help for the homeless. We work with approximately 3000 individuals a year, 250 of whom are registered with us destitute. The centre functions as a community centre, providing the safe space needed by Asylum Seekers to meet and relax.
