THE CHRISTINA NOBLE CHILDRENS FOUNDATION CNCF IS A BRITISH REGISTERED NGO ADVANCING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN ASIA. ALIGNED WITH THE UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS, CNCF BREAKS INTERGENERATIONAL POVERTY THROUGH EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE,RURAL CAPITAL ASSISTANCE AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMMES EMPOWERING DISADVANATGED CHILDREN AND COMMUNITIES TO ACHIEVE LONG-TERM RESILIENCE AND SUSTAINABILITY.

The St. Matthews Project provides a safe and encouraging environment where 3 to 25 year-olds can come together and enjoy structured football sessions and other activities. We help children and young people living mainly in the Tulse Hill and Coldharbour wards of Lambeth fulfil their potential and have a real impact on their community.

We train and provide dogs at no charge to children and adults of any age, anywhere in the UK, whose lives may significantly benefit from having an assistance dog. Through the provision of our assistance dogs, trained to mitigate the disabling aspects of autism, we are committed to creating and maintaining successful partnerships that impact positively on the lives of autistic people and families.

We overcome loneliness experienced by older people through befriending. We provide one to one befriending, group befriending, events, seasonal outreach and social prescribing in Brighton and Hove, Adur and Worthing in Sussex.

Young People and Children First supports young people age 16 - 25 from foster care, or homeless, and making the transition into independent living in West Berkshire.

Purple Patch Arts exists to improve the lives and life chances of people with learning disabilities by providing innovative, inclusive, creative learning experiences for them and the professionals that support them.

When asked, most of us say we want to die at home, in the comfort of familiar surroundings close to those we love.The Lawrence Home Nursing Team gives people and their families the support they need to make that possible. Providing free hands-on care, day and night, our nurses help to fulfil the wishes of anyone who wants to die peacefully at home.

Regular public worship, pastoral work (including visiting the sick and bereaved), teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups, provision of activities for senior citizens, parents and toddlers, other special need groups and a youth club all with a Christian ethos. Masjid-E Umer is place of worship, It offers family educational classes,funeral, marriage services and bereavement Counselling.The masjid stands as a pillar within the community and helps connect diverse groups of people and is an active participant within all faith communities.

Harvey Road Day Nursery (HRDN) provides care and Foundation Stage education in central Cambridge for children aged from 3months to 5 years.

Provides long-term volunteer mentoring for vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people in Somerset.

Managing a Community Centre and Gardens that provide services and facilities for the local community which includes; alternative education, training, work experience, employability hub, advice and guidance, alcohol support, counselling, horticulture, community development and kids club. We also provide facilities to a wider community to host conferences and training with the provisions of a cafe.

Down Syndrome Cheshire support Parents/Carers and professionals working with people with DS. We offer a variety of services ranging from Peer support for families and carers to specific training on the learning profile of DS to offering tailored support for schools to help differentiate the curriculum.

Magic Me brings generations together to build a stronger, happier community. Young people 8 plus and older people 60 plus come together in creative activities, building relationships, learning about one another's viewpoints, sharing skills and ideas. 1014 people participated in Tower Hamlets and other London Boroughs last year. Training, consultancy and publications take our practice nationwide.
