Key Changes provides music engagement and recovery services in hospitals and the community for young people and adults experiencing mental health difficulties. The charity was set up in 1997 at Highgate Mental Health Centre in North London. We now provide work in partnership with health and social care services across London and England providing support for 3,000 people a year.

Jellybabies Nursery provides quality and affordable childcare in the Failsworth area. We can cater for 48 children from birth to five years old. The nursery follows the EYFS cirriculumn in a safe, loving and fun environment.

The Recruitment Junction is a recruitment agency for ex-offenders. We are a not-for-profit enterprise with a social heart, on a commercial mission. Our vision is to see people with convictions rediscover a sense of purpose through work and become role models who drive positive generational impact across their families.

Calderdale SmartMove's objective is to find vulnerable and homeless clients in Calderdale (over 400 individuals and families each year) private rented accommodation then offer up to 12 months floating support.We are the sole organisation in Calderdale to offer a Bond Guarantee Scheme.Additionally, we offer free informal education for our clients, funded from external grants and donations

InCommon's activities bring together people of different ages. We directly deliver intergenerational programmes in Greater London with young people (age 5-15) and older people usually living in retirement housing. We also support other organisations and individuals to run intergenerational projects in England through advice, resource sharing and an online platform.

The relief of mental and physical illness resulting from substance abuse, addictive or compulsive behaviour, stress or depression, amongst the legal profession, their families and staff. To educate the public and the legal profession, in the causes and consequences of alcohol and drug addiction and other forms of dependence, and in the recognition and management of stress.

The objects of the charity are very wide, but the board have, in recent years, focused their attention in the following areas:1. Advancement of education and learning in all matters, but particularly appertaining to the fine and applied arts.2. Projects particularly associated with enhancing and supporting projects for the benefit of communities in Wales- and in particular in Mid Wales.

For the care and education of children of deceased or medically retired police officers from subscribing forces in England and Wales.

The provision of regular public acts of worship open to members of the church and non members alike. The teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups. Pastoral work including visiting the sick and bereaved. Promoting the whole mission of the church through activities and support for older people, parents and toddlers and other specific groups when appropriate

We are an independent local charity for people with learning disabilities, their families and carers serving the Epsom & Ewell , Mole Valley and Banstead areas of Surrey. Our aim is to provide services for our members and currently these include clubs for adults, social events, welfare support, day services for adults and our own hall and minibus maintained for the benefits of members.

Providing educational and fun opportunities for children from 18 months to school age. The preschool has family from the local village and surrounding area.The preschool is open five days a week for 38 weeks of the year.We have fundraising events to raise money to provide new resources for the children.

We are a sessional pre-school providing education and care of children from aged 2 - 5 years of age. Operating within the Woolston area of Southampton and dedicated to supporting families locally. We are a limited company with a charitable status run by a Committee of parent volunteers and a Management team. We have two Pre-School settings.

Activities that serve the local community to advance the Christian faith include bereavement ministry, pastoral care, baptism and baptism preparation, wedding preparation, youth mentoring service local high schools, after school youth drop in hub, CAP Life Skills courses and parent & toddler group.

Community Nursery

To assist in educational & social facilities for deprived children and persons.

The charity's purpose is to advance the education of the public in developing self-belief by providing advice through motivational talks plus engaging workshops delivered on adapted double decker buses. Activities will be supported by the use of the charity's teaching resources by the school community. Primary beneficiaries will be young people, parents and those in pastoral care.

Religious lessons, youth classes, womens classes, weekly sports, religious festivals, community forums

As a Christian organisation, our continued aim is to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ primarily in our local community, the adjoining boroughs to our local community and also sending and supporting missionary workers throughout the world. Our aim is to make a positive and lasting contribution to our local community, with greater emphasis on families, the elderly and young people.

Eating Disorder Support covers geographic areas in Plymouth and part of West Devon. We provide NICE guidelines psychotherapy and specialist dietetic advice for individuals suffering from an eating disorder. We also offer individual/group/ family therapy for clients and carers. EDS provides a 3-day intensive programme for those who are more at risk of deterioration to prevent in-patient admission.

The object of the charity is to advance in life and help young people from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds by providing mentoring and support which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities, in particular with a view to securing employment for such young people in the creative industries.

Ape Action Africa (formerly Cameroon Wildlife Aid Fund, CWAF) operates a sanctuary for gorillas, chimps and monkeys that have been orphaned, largely as a result of the bushmeat trade. Ape Action Africa has a growing education programme and works with the Cameroon government and the public to advance the conservation of primates in Cameroon.

Bolton Children's Opportunity Group (COG) provides a stepping stone between home, playgroup and/or nursery, giving under 5s with special needs the opportunity to play and learn alongside their peers. COG has become a leader in the field of inclusive provision for under 5s. COG gives parents of children with special needs the chance to meet others with similar problems and so be of mutual help.
