Havencare provides homes and support to people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with other cognitive differences including acquired brain injuries. Services include bespoke housing, supported living, extra-care, and enabling. Havencare's services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

To provide support, advice and services to people with poor mental health and their families, through supported housing, one to one support, group peer support, training, counselling, signposting, volunteer opportunities and therapeutic services.

The trustees shall hold the fund and its income for such charities/charitable purposes, throughout the world, as the trustees shall determine, in particular the preservation and restoration of biodiversity and humanitarian aid for the young and disadvantaged. Educational programmes supporting the key areas of focus are also considered.

The charity operates The Hawthorns School, Bletchingley, Surrey. A preparatory school for girls and boys, aged 2 to 13 set in 35 acres of grounds close to Oxted, Godstone, Redhill and Reigate.
