Activities focus on the relief of poverty premiums in low income families. The charity is building a membership model, whereby families with low disposable income will be offered the provision of a basket of services i.e. weekly supply of fresh food, to help that income go further, in return for a low membership fee. We have numerous venues across the UK.

Noah's Ark Children's Hospice helps babies, children and young people who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and their families, make the most of every day. The team provide clinical, emotional and practical support that is carefully adapted for every child and is offered in their home or in a new state-of-the art hospice facility (The Ark) set in a 7.5 acre nature reserve.

JDRF adopted the new working name Breakthrough T1D in October 2024, and is part of an international network with a shared vision of a world without type 1 diabetes.
