Croft Care Trust provides care for adults over the age of 18 years with physical and learning difficulties within our Nursing Home and Residential Village

To share the love of God, through the ministries of care and education, through 35 Nazareth Houses caring mainly for frail older people, seven retirement villages and five education services in 38 different locations worldwide. The charity spiritually and financially supports these works, which are delivered in our regions via other Congregational and charitable bodies.

Our mission is to transform the lives of young people from disadvantaged communities through sport.We support volunteer-led sports clubs to reach their full potential to connect young people in their communities with the social and health benefits of sport.We help club leaders and volunteers make the most of their passion and dedication providing advice, connections, and funding.

Farms for City Children offers children from urban areas all over the country a unique opportunity to spend a week living and working together on a real farm in the heart of the countryside. The charity operates on three farms: in Devon, Gloucestershire and Pembrokeshire. The children visit as a school group, with their teachers and get involved as a team in all aspects of running a working farm.

Eikon is helping children and young people in Surrey to feel safe, heard and supported now and in the future. We listen, we talk, and we help young people with the skills they need to live their best life. And we work with families and professionals to make sure everyone gets the support they need.

The Foundation supports the good causes for which Iceland Foods and its employees undertake a wide range of fundraising activities each year. Since 1986 Iceland Foods and the Foundation have together given over GBP9m to charities including Alder Hey Children's Hospital (over GBP3m), Help For Heroes (GBP1.6m), Alzheimer's Research UK (over GBP3.0m) and The Prostate Cancer Charity (over GBP500,000).

Domiciliary care is provided for up to 71 elderly blind and partially sighted persons. Up to 400 blind and partially sighted persons attend our Day Centre each week to participate in stimulating and therapeutic activities. We provide Community Services to blind and partially sighted persons residing in the Midlands area. We facilitate employment opportunities for visually impaired people.

Noor Ul Islam is based in Leyton, East London. We aim to meet the social, educational and welfare needs of the local community. We run a mosque, full time Primary School, pre-school, adult education classes and you services - based on an Islamic ethos. We raise money for those in need and distribute either ourselves or via other charity organisations.

NY&CI provide facilties for education or in the interests of social welfare for the recreation or other lesiure time occupation of persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.

The Charity is a French school that teaches the French national curriculum and admits boys and girls from four to eleven years of age

To upholding the rights and dignity of the individual and family, within a holistic model of support, embracing diversity, while addressing inequalities through community representation, development and advocacy. Providing 'specialist' packages of Domiciliary Care that transcend detailed knowledge of the Community's faith, values, customs, languages and dietary needs beyond that of basic needs.

Voice enables and equips children and young people to hold to account the services that are responsible for their care or wellbeing and to uphold their right to actively participate in shaping their own lives. We provide advocacy and independent services for children in care, in need and in secure settings, and we campaign for policy and practice changes to improve their lives.

Liberdade is an arts and social enterprise organisation that makes a positive difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities in the north east of England

Provide high quality sports coaching and participation activities to young people in and out of formal education. Use sport to reach groups such as those who have social or physical disadvantages and provide a variety of opportunities for young people to gain key life skills and qualifications. Partner with local, regional and national organisations to promote a healthy and active lifestyle

The provision of childcare and childcare training.

Open Age is a user led charity enabling older people to sustain their physical and mental well-being by providing over 350 low cost weekly physical, creative & mentally stimulating, learning,& health related activities in community venues. An employment programme supports un-employed people aged 50 and over into sustainable work, training and volunteering.

Development of young people with learning disabilities so that they may fulfil their potential.

-Providing support to women, particularly but not exclusively of Asian origin who have been victims of violence, including those who have suffered or are likely to suffer physical, emotional, sexual abuse or harm. -Providing temporary hostel accommodation to such women and by any other such means as shall further the objects of the company.-Providing advice, counselling, support, training.

Kings Arms Project is a charity tackling homelessness, displacement, and isolation in Bedford. We provide person-centered support, accommodation, and opportunities for growth. Our 4 teams Outreach, Supported Accommodation, Pathways, and Refugee & Migrants offer housing, employment support, legal aid, and life skills training, helping individuals regain stability and thrive in their communities.

SAT-7 UK exists to see a growing Church in the Middle East and North Africa, to be confident in faith, serving their communities and contributing to society. Through inspirational and educational satellite television and digital media, SAT-7 brings messages of hope and peace to the lives of millions of people, in Arabic, Farsi and Turkish, including diaspora and refugee communities, every day.
