The conservation and management of Abney Park (a 32acre memorial park, heritage chapel & woodland nature reserve) for environmental and arts education, skills training courses, museum/archive services, & cultural events. Projects include restoration of the Abney Park Chapel, arboretum, and memorials, and a new classroom and children's garden. Based in Stoke Newington, Hackney, London N16.

Sharpness Playgroup providing learning/care for preschool children from age 2. We operate in a small rural area in the Primary school grounds with close links with the school so children can prepare for and have a smooth transition into school.

Grindleford and Eyam Playgroup aims to provide good quality pre-school education to children under five in the local community and surrounding area. We work in partnership with parents and carers to enable children to achieve their full potential.

Girlguiding Shropshire enables girls and young women to develop their potential so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world, through a self planned programme of activities and challenges, guided by trained adult volunteers.

The Centre provides various activites and services in response to identified need within the local community which has been classed as in the top 10% of neighbourhoods suffering deprivation in Employment ,Health Educational standards With other areas of Birtley classed as within top 20% . WE MANAGE A DAY CENTRE - LIPHOOK DAY CENTRE 3 DAYS A WEEK FOR 50 WEEKS A YEAR. THIS PROVIDES UP TO 18 ELDERLY RESIDENTS DAILY A GOOD LUNCH, COOKED ON THE PREMISES, OTHER REFRESHMENTS, GAMES AND ENTERTAINMENT, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, CONTACT WITH OTHER PEOPLE.

Village Service Trust makes grants to partners in south India that:- support community-based organisations of women and of marginalised communities, with the aim of enhancing their livelihoods and status - work with people affected by HIV and Aids

The 5th Reigate Scout Group is registered with the Scout Association, whose aim is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential. The Group aims to achieve this by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training, with a programme for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorer Scouts.

Alongside selling Christian books, we run a cafe in which we offer a relaxed welcoming atmosphere where customers can talk together and with our staff and volunteers, some of whom have additional needs. We seek to support the elderly, disabled, vulnerable and homeless. We welcome secondary school pupils for work experience. Profits make grants to children and young peoples' organisations.

Leith Hill Musical Festival, which is based in Dorking, Surrey, is held in April each year and consists of three days of competitions and concerts for locally-based choirs. In March each year, it performs one of the Bach Passions (or Handel's Messiah) and holds competitions for choirs of young people.

Waverton Pre School aims to provide learning through play using language, toys and equipment and social skills for children under the statutory school age. We work towards early learning goals and offer a specially tailored curriculum and the support of a personal keyworker to achieve this.

The object of the charity is to:-Develop close and active links between staff, parents and children.-Engage in activities to support the school and advance the education of pupils; and-Assist in the provision of facilities and items for the education at the school (not provided from statutory funds) in consultation with the Governing body.

Abingdon Music Centre Trust was established to make music available as widely as possible within the local community for both adults and children. The Trust runs music classes and workshops throughout the year and provides opportunities for local music makers and teachers to use its premises for music making.

Provides a Playgroup and Toddler group for preschool aged children in the village of Kingswood and surrounding area.Fundraising activities to support the above groups.

The charity is a pre-school which operates in the small rural Sussex village of Horsted Keynes. We offer affordable childcare weekday mornings and three afternoons for children in the age range 2 to 5 years. Our objectives are to enhance the development of children under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups.
