HARP's mission is to end homelessness in Southend. We provide a range of emergency and longer term supported housing alongside training, support and motivational activities. Through our advocacy and advice we prevent homelessness for those at risk of becoming so, and we address the root causes for those who are already homeless, thereby helping local people overcome homelessness for good.

CSE's mission is to advance sustainable energy policy and practice. CSE seeks energy solutions that engage people and communities to meet real needs for both environmentally sound and affordable energy services. Ending the misery of cold homes and enabling action to tackle the threat of climate change are core objectives.Work is delivered in partnership with many agencies.

Giving What We Can UK advances education and promotes the voluntary sector, charity effectiveness, and impactful resource use by conducting research to identify and support highly effective charities, disseminating useful research findings, and providing guidance to maximise charitable impact. Its activities include advising, researching, making grants, and advocating for effective giving.

1. Administration of and monitoring the academic progress of Oxford university graduate students. 2. Provision of accommodation, library, study space and IT facilities for graduate students and a Common Room and dining hall for all College members.3. Provision of financial support to students, Junior Research Fellowships to early-career academics, and small grants to Fellows.

The Foundation is an independent grant-making charity with broad-ranging charitable objectives.

These are membership services, policy and practice, publishing and training, advice & mediation work, information services and consultancy and projects.

Primary function is to develop Church of England Education. Services are provided in the form of 1: Advice and Guidance to Teachers, Governors, Trustees and Chaplains. 2: Training and Development for School Staff and Governors 3: Project Manangement and support for the development of School Buildings and Facilities and 4: Support for the provision and development of Education Chaplaincy.

MAKING GRANTS TO RELIEVE THE SICK AND NEEDY, AND TO SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS

BSWAID is working with women and children affected by domestic violence by:offering safe temporary accommodation, appropriate and accessible support services includingsupporting women in accessing justice system. The charity raises awareness and promotes action against Domestic violence and promotes policy and best practice that responds to women and children's needs.

To provide support to Jewish Survivors of, and refugees from Holocaust era Nazi persecution. and their dependents who suffer from illness and frailty, to relieve their financial distress and provide grants to promote education about the Holocaust and related matters.

OUR CORE WORK IS TO MANAGE DONOR FUNDS FROM INDIVIDUALS, COMPANIES AND CHARITABLE TRUSTS AND TO PROVIDE SMALL LOCAL VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS WITH GRANTS, ADVICE, SIGNPOSTING, GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT. ON A SMALLER SCALE WE ALSO MANAGE FUNDS THAT AWARD GRANTS TO SUPPORT BURSARIES AND APPRENTICESHIPS.

Advancement of Christian faith by equipping people for service in the UK and around the world.Support for UK personnel working with overseas partners to advance the Christian faith, relief work, education and advancement of health.Fundraising to provide grants to other overseas partners to promote the advancement of the Christian faith, relief work, education and advancement of health.

Providing advocacy and support in the community for women and children experiencing domestic abuse and sexual violence, and women who are involved in the criminal justice system and offending.

CEPR's mission is to promote world-class economic research and deliver the policy-relevant results to decision-makers: Research Excellence with Policy Relevance. It provides common services for its network of researchers and for users of its research, and obtains funding for the activities it develops, executing projects once funding is obtained, and reporting to donors on activities undertaken.

Our mission is to enable older people to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We do this by providing high quality advice & information services, befriending & support services and campaigning work on behalf of older people.

To promote the advancement of environmental conservation, social welfare and education by providing grants to charities and other organisations and individuals. Funds are granted where rigorous research and analysis can be utilised to achieve proportionately greater impact.

Services for children: adoption, foster care, day care, and volunteer support work. Services for adults with learning disabilities: day projects, supported living and residential care, training and advocacy, and employment opportunities. Community projects for young people, elderly people and homeless people in various projects throughout the North West.

Grants for education to financially disadvantaged young people under 25 years resident in London. Provision of scholarships and bursaries to individuals, and grants to education projects and activities run by schools and organisations.

This is a grant-making trust offering financial support to other charities/voluntary organisations. Grants are made for a wide range of charitable purposes, but there is a particular interest in environmental & conservation projects & in supporting the elderly/infirm & their carers & disadvantaged young people. Projects in Norfolk & Malta may be of particular interest.

To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in the City of Manchester ('the principle area of benefit') and elsewhere by the advancement of education, the protection and preservation of health and the relief of poverty.
