Provision of Grants (through direct application), to support the members of the "GLE", and their dependents (Wife, Partner, or Children) who are in need. This includes the following types of Grant: Annuities, Illness, Disability, Education, support for Convalescence, and ad-hoc or emergency grants.

We do this in specific key areas: Social Welfare Law support to front line advisers and those seeking advice throughout the UK. Advocating and promoting the use of technology through a2jtech. Policy development support to the advice and legal sector.

PROVIDING A PLACE OF WORSHIP, RELIGIOUS EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES, REGISTERED FOR HOLDING CIVIL RELIGIOUS MARRIAGES, FUNERAL SERVICE, CONFERENCES, GATHERINGS, RELIGIOUS ADVICE AND GUIDANCE

The Trust is a philanthropic Trust funded by Man Group plc which makes grants to organisations supporting literacy, numeracy and education, with a focus on London.

The Trustees meet four times a year to consider applications for financial assistance from individuals and organisations within a 5 mile radius of the church of St John the Baptist, Midsomer Norton.They make grants as they deem appropriate.

To provide refuge accommodation with associated support services, information and advocacy to women and children who are living with or have experienced domestic abuse. Aftercare and resettlement to women who have left the refuge. Outreach support to women and children living in the Newark & Sherwood area. Awareness raising information to Agencies and individuals.

To advance the education of the public with particular regard to fans, fan making and the history and development thereof.

The charity makes grants/donations to other charities registered with the Charity Commission as per the above categories. Please note that the charity will ONLY consider other charities based in the West Midlands. Any other area in the UK is considered outside the scope of the charity. Please do not expend charity resources if you fall outside these geographical areas or fail to meet criteria.

To advance the education of the public with regard to railways in particular by collecting,preserving, interpreting, documenting material evidence and associated information for the public benefit by the maintenance of a museum for items of historic railway interest from the Eastern Counties at Chappel & Wakes Colne Station, and the operation of a demonstration railway and associated crafts.

To organise outings, both in the United Kingdom and abroad, entertainment, transport and other support for any serviceman or woman who is a veteran of the Armed Forces. To assist in the care of former servicemen and women who are disabled, elderly, infirm, impoverished, lonely or otherwise in need of charitable assistance by making grants of money for providing or paying for items or services.

The branch supports animals in need in both Conwy and Gwynedd in North Wales. We provide subsidised veterinary services for eligible clients at our welfare clinic in Llandudno Junction and as a partner of the RSPCA North Wales Mobile Clinic. We also support the local Inspectorate to rehabilitate and re-home animals and operate a charity shop in Llandudno to help finance our work.

Grant Making Trust

Makes grants as decided by the trustees.

To relieve, generally and individually, Ealing residents (with priority to Hanwell residents) who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by making grants of money or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress. The William Hobbayne Community Centre is used for activities to aid mental and physical wellbeing.

The advancement of education of the public, directed towards the promotion, furtherance and dissemination of knowledge of matters associated with the built environment with some emphasis on the multi-disciplinary nature of design in engineering and architecture in the United Kingdom or in any other part of the world as the trustees in their discretion think fit.

Support of a wide range of Christian missionaries and charitable organisations in the UK and worldwide. The charity makes charitable grants, but does not often make grants to charities with which the trustees are not already acquainted personally.

CPMI is a religious institution - specifically, a Pentecostal Church which serves individuals and families of all ages, and from all backgrounds and races.We meet for services during the week and on Sundays for prayers, worship, fellowship and to study the Bible.We also make financial and non-financial contributions to other churches, ministries and individuals (members & non-members).

A) The restoration, maintenance and preservation of the prototype dh98 Mosquito W4050 and other de Havilland aircraft and artifacts of historical interest for the instruction and edification of the public. B) To apply a proportion of the excess of income over expenditure in any year by way of grants to the RAF Benevolent Fund or other charity or charities as the directors shall determine.

Grants to voluntary aided church of england schools for repairs and to individuals under the age of 25 attending voluntary aided schools in the Diocese for 2 years.

Grant making to charities or charitable causes for Welfare, Medical, Education, Environmental and Religion.

The Trustees operate a grant giving policy,providing funds for such charitable objects or institution as the Trustees think fit.
