Musical Theatre

Provide relief to patients of the two local hospitals and other individuals in our local community who are sick,convalescent,disabled, handicapped infirm or in need of assistance and to support the work of the two hospitals by the making of grants to various departments or individuals. It works within the framework outlined in its constitution adopted in May 1975 and amended in January 2004.

THE OBJECTS OF THE ELLESMERE PORT MOSQUE AND ISLAMIC CENTRE ARE; TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC FAITH OF THE IN HABITANTS OF ELLESMERE PORT AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS AND IN PARTICULAR, ALTHOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY, OF THE BANGLADESHI MUSLIM INHABITANTS THROUGH PRAYER, WORSHIP, RELIGIOUS TEACHING AND SERVICES AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MOSQUE

Administer local village hall for community use.

The Lach Dennis Village Hall is a premises held in trust by the earlier mentioned trustees. It is managed by a committee for the benefit of residents of Lach Dennis & surrounding areas. It provides a venue for many activities. E.G. dancing, indoor bowling, bingo. Dog Training, Parish Council meetings, plant society flower shows, bridge, yoga etc.

The objects of the society shall be to educate the public in the Arts and Sciences, and in particular the Art and Science of Music, in the promotion of concerts and other activities.

Promotion of community activities and provision of community centre for use by village groups and clubs.

Amateur drama group that present own productions and also provide a venue for other artistic, dramatic and musical activities

The charity provides grants to other charitable bodies and also purchases works of art which are then loaned on long loan to a public museum where the works of art are displayed for people to see.

The object of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils at Bollin Primary School.

Proving sanctuary for unwanted or sick animals.

We have 101 members in our Scout Group and our aim is to gain lifeskills and work towards badges. The Scouts and Cubs attend Patrol, Survival, District, Walking Weekends and Sleepover camps and a different Summer Camp each year. The Beavers visit the Cubs at camp, the Fire Station, Pantomime and Cinema trips and have a visit from an Airline Pilot and Policeman as well as varied weekly activities.

We provide free confidential advice, support and help to sufferers and/or their families who suffer from an asbestos related disease in the Cheshire area.

The Charity provides accommodation for elderly people in need. Gardening and general repairs are carried out in return for a weekly maintenance charge.

To advance in life the needs of young people resident in Northwich and its surrounding areas providing recreational and leisure time activities developing their skills and enabling them to participate fully in society. To further or benefit the residents of Northwich and its surrounding areas in a common effort to advance education and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare

Three main areas of activity:a) ministry - working to help, support and connect with people;b) community - working in partnership with churches and local agencies to serve the localcommunity;c) grants and donations - providing financial support to people, churches andcommunities with whom we relate, both locally and overseas.

The Crosby Orchestral Society performs as the Crosby Symphony Orchestra in the Sefton, Liverpool and neighbouring areas. The Society aims to foster the general public's appreciation of orchestral and chamber music by presenting a varied repertoire in public concerts each year.

The charity helps to develop effective relationships betwen the staff, parents and others associated with Upton Heath C of E Primary school. They engage in activities especially fundraising to help provide the school with equipment or facilities to support the education of the pupils.

Provides horse riding, equestrian vaulting and opportunities to socialise in a supportive environment to people with disabilities, mental health conditions and children living in care. We also offer volunteering and educational opportunities, such as equine related qualifications and awards, and opportunities to be out in the open air and countryside.

VARIOUS SUPPORTS FOR FRODSHAM CE PRIMARY SCHOOL, THE FRODSHAM ACADEMY PRIMARY SCHOOL AND MANOR PRIMARY SCHOOL

Our aim is to prevent good usable food going to landfill. We achieve this by working with partner organisations who donate food that is distributed to our 3 Hubs at Sandiway/Cuddington, Weaverham and at Rudheath on a weekly basis. At our hubs people can obtain this food. We also signpost our patrons to other organisations for further assistance.

Continue to operate three brass bands. These are all very active in providing concerts and music to the general public. The Junior band continues to attract young players and train them.
