We seek to provide support to those in need of spiritual and practical guidance.Our outreach activities include activities for young people from new-born to teenagers of all abilities.Using Christian principles we deliver programmes for freedom from addiction and to promote spiritual well-being.

Support (financial) for the retired Church of England clergy who have served in the Diocese of Carlisle.

Penrith Evergreen is a community building, which can be hired for a various activities, including personal parties. Currently several organisations hire our building for dance, zumba, tai boxing, salsa, moky, indoor bowling, senior citizens club, childrens holiday club, flower club, organ club, pipers club.

we provide the local town and surrounding area with entertainment and involve all ages in the arts introducing a vast knowledge of theatre.

Education of children

Local Cumbrian choir doing local concerts and also concerts on regular tours (currently alternate years) to other regions of the country. The Choir includes young members (typically around school-leaving age) who are supported by our choral scholarship scheme.

Relief of persons in the Himalayan region of Asia and other areas which are in conditions of need, hardship and distress.

Bring together small choirs and individual singers across Cumbria, especially the northern half, to perform large scale works usually with professional musicians/orchestra.

Nautical Training

Provides self-catering accommodation for groups, in the Lake District. This is primarily for young people from the Bury area. Bookings are also taken for other groups of adults and young people from other areas.

Provision of a venue for meetings & social events for the local community.

Provision of a Village Hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of Helsington and Brigsteer and the surrounding district.

The rescuing and rehoming of abandoned pets and the financing of vet treatment as necessary. The charity runs a small cat sanctuary for temporarily housing cats and kittens and maintains contact with other charities having facilities for dogs and other pet animals. Also the charity liaises with local vets and contributes to the vet bills of OAPs when they cannot afford treatment for their pets.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 1st Keswick Scout Group give young people of Keswick, Cumbria the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while

Performing Musical Shows

Provides a community resource primarily for the local residents of Allithwaite and surrounding area of which its purpose includes sporting, social and recreational activities for those residents. The purpose to have a central location to build up on the community togetherness and spirit of the village.

We organise and run Cockermouth LIVE!, which is an annual festival at various venues throughout Cockermouth, Cumbria showcasing a range of performing and other arts.

The advancement of the Christian Faith worldwide through local & International Church / Seminar speaking engagements, Radio & TV , Word of Faith Training centres, International & Local mission trips, Humanitarian Aid & disaster & poverty relief to the un-reached, underprivileged and financially poor groups , mainly in South & Southeast Asia and Spain
