The charity exists to further Evangelical Christian work in South Lakeland, Cumbria UK. To this end the charity supports one worker in the village of Coniston who works with young people in promoting the good news of Jesus Christ.

Almshouse charity providing accommodation for poor people of not less than 55 years living in South Lakeland preference being given to people who live or have lived in the Ancient Township of Ings.

Inbetweenears raises money to help young adults from 18 to 40 who have brain tumours. The charity raises awareness of this dreadful disease and contribute some of the money raised to Brain Tumour Research.

To support the groups and organisations that provide resources for the well-being of the community within the Parish of Coniston.

The aims of the charity are for the advancement of the education of the pupils of the school by providing or assisting in the provision of educational recreational and other charitable facilities

Own and manage Park House as a resource for Scouts & Guides use both as a local HQ/meeting place and a Pack Holiday House.

Bryan Lancaster is an independent Quaker charity.It makes small grants to other registered charities for the relief of social exclusion predominately in Kendal, Cumbria and the North West. It also makes grants to various Quaker charities.Occasional grants are made to British charities working abroad.Grants to individuals are made via other registered charities & statutory bodies.

The aims of the charity are:To advance the Education of the public, (particularly those under the age of 25,) on the dangers of violence and the serious consequences of these actions. To promote learning about individual responsibilities highlighting the consequences of anti-social and violent behaviour for victims and people who carry out violent acts.

To engage and improve in underground, fell & mountain search & rescue and in animal rescue; to support safety procedures in associated activities and to assist police, ambulance and fire authorities in these and similar activities.

We have organised Concerts, Music competition, Store Collections, Santa Sleigh collections and a Car Boot Sale
