Arts, EducationThe band's rehearsals are weekly. It performs at many local functions, charity events and contests. The band organizes concerts and festivals to which celebrity musicians are invited to perform. The band provides individual and group tuition for members and runs a Junior Band for this purpose. Each year junior members are encouraged to take part in the International Brass Band Summer School.
