A new lease for Muncaster Parish Hall is being drafted. The Trust has has continued a number of popular community events including music, drama and film shows at Muncaster Parish Hall with grant support. Reserves are being consolidated to permit repainting and repair.

To relieve the needs of persons suffering from pulmonary fibrosis, primarily, but not exclusively, in the Morecambe Bay area by raising awareness of the lung disease pulmonary fibrosis and to support group activities.

The Romney Society develops the awareness of the public of the arts of the eighteenth century and of George Romney and his contemporaries in particular. Each year the society holds a series of lectures and publishes an academic journal called "The Transactions of The Romney Society" and offers an essay prize.
