We are a Parent/Teacher Association providing the school and children with extra items that cannot be paid for out of school funds.

We provide an emergency medical service by using a defibrillator to help resuscitate a sick person awaiting the attendance of an ambulance

Promotion of Education to those aged under 25

PROVIDING EDUCATION, TRAINING, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, TRAVEL, SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOR THOSE LIVING IN RURAL COMMUNITIES WITHIN THE COUNTIES LISTED.

Advance education of under 21's by promoting architecture as a career in Cumbria by award of scholarships or bursaries, provide financial assistance to students demonstrating financial hardship and offering architectural design competitions.

We provide fundraising activities to help support All Saints School additional educational/recreational activities.

Religious activities

Grants handed out annually for educational purposes to young people under the age of 25 resident in the village of Winton.

Hawcoat Community Centre is for the use of the general public to hire, it also houses a Pre-School every morning during term time & also is used by several groups and societies such as a mother & toddler group, whist drives, Barrow Savoyaurds, keep fit classes, craft classes and activities, Barrow Townswomens Guild & a Friendship club. We also hold fundraising events for the charity.

The village hall provides a space for community social events. Other activities for which the hall is used include table tennis, tai chi and youth club. The hall is also available to hire as a camping barn for groups of 2 to 15 people.
