Our intent as a church is to reach up (to God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, in worship, praise and prayer); to reach out (to others with the love of God and the message of salvation through Jesus Christ crucified, dead and risen); and to do this together as the Body of Christ. More simply, we try to love God, to love the lost and to love the Body of Christ.

Sharewear Clothing Scheme provides free emergency clothes, shoes and bedding to people in the who find themselves in economic crises or vulnerable situations, and who are unable to otherwise afford essential clothing and bedding.

Star Trust is an East Midlands-based charity, run by local business owners and entrepreneurs, which supports good causes across the region.Using our members' business expertise and commercial initiative, we hold events throughout the year to raise money for locally-run charities that can often struggle to secure public donations, simply because they lack the profile of national organisations.

We help and support anyone with an asbestos related disease. We support people throughout the East Midlands as well as Burton on Trent and Peterborough. We offer advice and support with welfare benefits uptake including the Government Compensation Schemes. We offer advice about making a civil claim. As well as acting as a support group. We also offer bereavement support.

Vision: Our vision is to develop in partnership with others, inclusive and welcoming spaces for people in and around Dronfield to enjoy and use. These spaces will include facilities designed to meet the needs of? children and families, young people, the elderly and people of all ages who would like to meet and socialise.

The purposes of the Church are the advancement of the Christian faith in accordance with the Basis of Faith primarily but not exclusively within Bakewell and the surrounding villages, farms and hamlets that make up the Peak District National Park and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Disley PCC's aim and purpose is promoting in the ecclesiastical parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. It is also specifically responsible for the care and maintenance of the two churches in Disley Parish - St. Mary the Virgin, Disley and St. John the Divine, Furness Vale and is committed to its Mission Statement to "Share Christ with Others"

Lane End Farm Trust is based on a working farm in the Derbyshire Peak District National Park. We provide a simple environment of real quality where disabled and disadvantaged young people can be at one with nature and connect with their surroundings and our animals, while taking part in our activities.

We provide early years education for children aged 2 1/2 to school age, from the surrounding district. This includes 3 afternoon sessions a week of forest school. Sessions run form 9AM to 3PM from Barlow village Hall.

The restoration, reconstruction, preservation and maintenance of the Cromford Canal; its associated buildings, towing path, structures and craft and the conservation of its natural character as a navigable inland waterway system for the benefit of the public.

Provides a brokerage service for volunteers in Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire helping them to access volunteering opportunities with other organisations or on the VC's own volunteering projects.The Volunteer Centre follows the six core functions of a Volunteer Centre as laid out by Volunteering England.

Restoration of the former Pleasley Colliery steam winding engines and ancillary equipment by voluntary group from the local and adjoining communities to form a museum including the social history of the area. A second group of volunteers are managing in conjunction with Derbyshire County Council the adjacent former colliery spoil heaps which is now a designated Country Park.

Provision for the development and education of pre-school-age children in and around the Quarndon area.We also run a before and after school club for the children of the Curzon School Quarndon

Supporting individuals in the business communities to grow by developing their work related skills through training and development, coaching and mentoring and in some cases providing a financial bursary for those who would be unable to access the training due to poor financial circumstances.

Practical, community based action against poverty and marginalisation. Developing innovative, sustainable projects such as foodbanks.

A small, non profit making dog rescue & rehoming charity with a strict non destruct policy, totally reliant upon donations & fundraising by volunteers. All dogs in our care are vaccinated, wormed, neutered/spayed, provided with veterinary care whenever needed. Our sole purpose is to provide a safe & caring environment for all dogs in our care, until a loving and responsible home can be found.

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the City of Nottingham and the neighbourhood thereof by the advancement of education and the the provision, in the intersts of social welfare and with the object of improving conditions of life, of facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupation.

We are a place of worship, we have three services per week, prayer, bible studies and Act of worship. We provide counselling and help with job hunting. Family support for with food, schools issues etc.
