Family Support Derbyshire provides volunteer support to families with babies & young children who are experiencing difficulties, in the family's own home.

Eyam Museum Ltd. operates a small museum whose central theme is the outbreak of bubonic plague in Eyam in 1665/66. The museum tells the story of the village from prehistoric to modern times, with sets, graphic panels, and artefacts.

Provision of Almshouse accommodation to the elderly of Derby

Home-Start is a voluntary organisation operating in the Erewash area. Offering trained volunteers to support families under stress with at least one child under 5 years of age. Volunteers offer regular home visiting emotional, practical and befriending support.

Provide and upkeep the building and outside play area facilities for use by local/area residents and for Kirk Hallam Church Services as required.

To provide & maintain four 1-bedroom flats for occupancy by residents of Wirksworth Parish who, would otherwise be unable to afford to live in the area.

PRESERVING HISTORIC AND MAKING AVAILABLE BUILDINGS FOR COMMUNITY USE

Provide Christian teaching and a place for prayer, worship and Christian fellowship.

A provision to provide a Pre-School learning envoironment for children age 3-5 for upto 30 government funded hours per week, over 10 sessions, following the Pre-School Learning Alliance Constitution

A support group and independent voice for parents/carers of children with a disability/additional needs in Nottingham and surrounding areas linked to the National Network P/C Forums. Run by parents for parents. Providing peer support, play sessions, empowerment training, healthy exercise sessions, signposting to services and support.

The primary function of the CIO Foundation is to receive donations raised by Lions Clubs and to distribute the income to various identified beneficiaries

We have a number of projects who all contribute to the delivery of our vision; Religious EducationLessons, Workshops & Events.Work Supporting Local Churches, and those that work with Children and Young People.Princes Trust projects.Community projects and support.

The object of the CIO is the relief of poverty of residents in the high peak and neighboring areas through actions including but not limited to, the provision of food parcels and information about other relevant services

GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES

The PCC exists to promote Christian worship and outreach in the parish of St. Oswald Ashbourne with St. Mary Mappleton within the framework of the Church of England, and the maintenance of the church buildings. Regular religious services are held, with additional activities focused on the provision of pastoral and social care, including the fortnightly 'Ossies Kitchen' community cafe.

To advance education in, research into and knowledge and interpretation of the history and development of the town of Wirksworth in Derbyshire, for the benefit of the public in general and the inhabitants of Derbyshire in particular and for such purposes to provide and manage a heritage centre in Wirksworth with museum and related activities and facilities.

We are now actively fundraising for two major projects to benefit the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway. The first is to complete the new station building, after the successful completion of Phase 1, the new museum and shop. We are also financing the provision of a new steam shed at the railway.

We are a charity Pre-School, caring for children aged 2-5 years. we offer a great learning environment, where the children learn through play. we have 6 staff that are all qualified.

The PCC is committed to helping the people of St James' and St Luke's churches and Glossop to learn and grow in their understanding of and faith in Jesus Christ. We are committed to sharing God's love in word and action in ways which benefit the people of Glossop and around the world promoting their physical, mental, spiritual, social and economic well-being.

To further or benefit the residents of Belper and the neighbourhood, by associating together the residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupations with the objectives of improving the condition of life for the residents.
