To operate as a Theatre Trust at Buxton Opera House and Pavilion Arts Centre in order to present and develop a programme of theatre,dance,opera and music and other genre.In addition to run and maintain Buxton Opera House as a Grade 2* Listed building.

Disability Direct is a support service for disabled people. We are also an umbrella agency for smaller groups of disabled people. We are an organisation of disabled people and currently employ 14 paid staff and 35 volunteers.

The Charity's activities centre around educational, social and pastoral work in addition to supporting the work of the Sisters overseas in areas of greatest need associated with the under privileged, the vulnerable and the deprived. Such activities spring from the original purpose of the Congregation which was to bring good news to the poor.

To provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the local community, to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services and to ensure individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge or an inability to express their needs effectively.

Marches Energy Agency (MEA) specialises in the delivery of practical, effective and creative ways of promoting and enabling energy reduction and renewable energy solutions.

The Union of Students is responsible for the Programme and College Representative structures which support the advancement of education for students of the University of Derby in ensuring academic quality and development is maintained. The Union provides access to sports, society and volunteering activities for students and a confidential and independent Advice service.

Repton School Trust's principal objective is to further the education of children and young persons.The Trust provides the land and buildings from which Repton School and Repton Preparatory School operate.

The Charity funds research and improves treatment and care for local people living with and after cancer. The Charity provides care and support for people affected by cancer, during and after treatment, through our information and support centre and outreach work. We also fund: (1)research into the causes of, and improved treatment for, cancer (2)cancer treatment services.

We are committed to delivering a diverse range of inclusive programs and activities within a supportive, positive, and accessible environment for all. To preserve, protect and improve the rivers and streams of the Trent catchment and the biodiversity they support, by maintaining and improving water quality by reducing the impacts of rural and urban land use upon watercourses. Maintaining, improving and restoring the natural habitat and function of streams and rivers and their floodplains.

Providing supported housing for people between ages 18-64Providing emergency accommodation for homeless people.Operating a furniture redistribution service for low income familiesProvision of emergency food parcel for the homeless and those in crisis.Provide a Family Mediation Service and a free Counselling Service for homeless people.

Provision of advice, support and safe temporary accommodation for women and their children ( men on an outreach basis) who are or have been experiencing domestic abuse.

DRCS provides confidential professional counselling for a range of issues including bereavement, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem and relationship problems for residents of Derbyshire and beyond

To educate the public by promoting a summer festival of the arts and to involve young people in artistic activity.
