Two cooked meals a day in communal dining room. Residents prepare own breakfasts. Communal lounge and garden. General and domestic support provided by staff - not 24 hours. Residents buy in personal care if needed.

The activities and purposes of the circuit include the effective deployment of resources of ministry, including people (both staff and volunteers), property and finance, within the member churches, development of circuit policy, training of local (lay) preachers, and the organisation of circuit events including church services, quiet days and retreats, and outreach events.

Modbury Pre-school and School's Out offers childcare for pre-school children from the ages of 2-5 years during the core day, then for children from 3-11 for wrap-around care and holiday club.
