Christian churches working together to promote the gospel in all aspects. We provide schools workers through the Schools Team Ministry part of CTB. Project 58/7 feeds and cares for the homeless. We are also involved with food banks and the provision of Street Pastors.We have links with Christians against Poverty We hold three United Celebration services a year and hold prayer meetings.

WE SUPPLY TRANSPORT TO LOCAL CHARITIES AND VOLUNTARY BODIES, WHO ARE MEMBERS OF OUR ORGANISATION, ON A MODEST PENCE PER MILE BASIS TO COVER MOST OF OUR COSTS. SIMILARLY INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ARE TAKEN ON REGULAR ORGANISED VISITS TO LOCAL SUPERMARKETS. A LIFT ENABLES US TO TAKE DISABLED PASSENGERS INCLUDING A FEW IN WHEELCHAIRS. ALL TRUSTEES AND DRIVERS ARE UNPAID VOLUNTEERS.

Wellcome Church seeks to advance Christianity by- raising awareness and understanding of Christian beliefs and practices- carrying out Christian acts of worship- carrying out missionary and outreach work- supporting other Christian organisations

Shen Place Almshouses offers accommodation in six self contained units each suitable for 2. Their financial standing and accommodation needs are also taken into account.

The objective of the charity is to maintain Upshire Village Hall, for the communal benefit of the inhabitants of the village and its surrounds. The committee aims to provide first class hall facilities at an affordable cost to voluntary organisations serving the community.
