We raise funds for 2 Harold Hill schools to support trips and activities which may otherwise not be affordable to all.We do so by holding fetes, fairs, events and selling small items within the schools.

Choral Society based in Chelmsford drawing members from mid Essex performing three concerts a year of music from the classical choir repertoire, of which two are normally performed in Chelmsford Cathedral

To provide the inhabitants of, and visitors to, Tollesbury parish with a Community Centre for the use of voluntary and other organisations promoting educational and recreational pursuits and social welfare for the benefit of the community. The association shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion and shall not be disciminatory.

The objective of the PTA is to advance the education of the pupils of the school through; developing extended relationships between staff, parents & other groups associated with the school; organising and engaging in fundraising activities throughout the school; providing such facilities or items for educational, emotional and wellbeing support at the school (not provided from statutory funds).

Raising of funds and the distribution of these to needy causes in and around Colchester, Essex

At the present time Asheldham & Dengie parish room have finished presenting a pantomime (old mother hubbard) involving all age ranges from the Dengie Peninsular. Dance classes, dog training classes and a childrens nursery hire the hall on a regular basis.Any profits from the pantomime are allocated to other local charities. Funds from classes go toward the upkeep of the hall.

To further the teaching of the Church of England and to relieve poverty in the Parish of Halstead, Essex.

The Choir was formed in October 2009. and consists of about 30 experienced singers who rehearse intensively in the 6 weeks leading up to performances. Roderick Earle the director often selects the more challenging and less well-known repertoire. Tuition is given to student members and the choir assists with fund-raising for other charities by taking part in local festivals and fund-raising events

To restore, preserve, maintain & exhibit in sailing condition the steamship known as VIC 96 and other ships for the benefit of the public and, to acquire, preserve, maintain & exhibit a collection of marine & other appurtenances & materials associated with VIC 96 and other ships to educate the public in the historical significance of them in terms of the nation's maritime and industrial heritage.

the charity shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the village of Widford as constituted on the 31st March 1934 (herein after called the area of benefit) without distinction of political, religiousor other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-timeoccupation.

Learning and Activities as laid down by the Scouting Association

We hold a weekly Sunday Morning Service. We provide Bible teaching, pastoral support and prayer ministry. In cooperation with the local school, we host and lead their Assemblies. Little Bees, our toddler group, is a meeting place for young mothers and their children. Much of our land is given over to allotments as a service to those who live in the village. We hold some social events.

Fund raising for equipment for playing field. Annual events may include open air evens such as village shows, music, Donkey Derby & fireworks.

Providing help to elderly and deserving residents of Coggeshall

The Village Hall is run for the benefit of all the inhabitants of Fingringhoe "without distinction of political, religous or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation"

Run events for the school to help raise funds

The Charity provides drop-in and counselling services at its community centre for the local community. It provides learning activities amongst others, Chinese Language classes, Kungfu and TaiChi classes and Chinese calligraphy. It also organises trips and lunches for the elderly and their carers.
