By way of grants to organisations the charity makes provision for the advancement of education religious activities the relief of poverty and general charitable purposes.

The Hackney Society organises events, produces publications & a regular newsletter, SPACES, to highlight the society's work, campaigns to protect local buildings of historical and/or architectural merit, promotes high standards of design, construction and conservation, and provide advice and support to local groups to help them improve their neighbourhoods

Advancement of Christian Faith for public benefit in accordance with our statement of faith mainly by broadcasting Christian messages evangelistically; holding prayer meetings, celebrating Christian festivals; assist and engage the youth, turning their energies away from social vices, encourage education, community involvement, training, mentoring, missions, life-skills development, etc

CHURCH ACTIVITIES

We do provide sport, education, employment training, interpreting, translating to black ethnic minority refugee living in Hackney. We run a drop-in center where these people can come to assess services and take part in cultural and social activities like dancing, old people's group, health sessions, food distributions. We offer free advice and information on energy, health matters, alcohol, drug.
