The Council promotes Scouting in the Hornchurch District by supporting the 17 Scout Groups in the geographical area of Ardleigh Green, Corbets Tey, Cranham, Elm Park, Emerson Park, Hornchurch, Rainham and Upminster.

For the promotion of the arts for the benefit of the public through the presentation of dramatic and other arts in particular opera.For the advancement of education of the public in dramatic and other arts, predominantly in the Thames Gateway area.

The Church is a community of people who by loving and serving Jesus Christ, are committed to love and care for each other and to bring a blessing to the area in which they live.The vision is to see the people of Hornchurch and its surrounding area come into an experience of knowing Jesus as their Lord, Saviour and friend.

Social Club, Archery Clubs, Model flying Club, Model railway Club, Sea Angling Club, Freshwater Angling Club, Junior Football Clubs, Table Tennis Clubs, Darts teams, Horticultural Society, Cribbage team, Childrens Preschool Group, Scouts.

To advance the Christian religion through the public worship of God and the preaching and teaching of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments and such other charitable purposes as the charity trustees from time to time may think fit.

Hornchurch and Upminster Sea Cadets is a uniformed organisation for young people aged 10 to 18 years of age. The Unit provides skills, knowledge and education through training and activities that are underpinned by the Marine Society and Sea Cadet curriculum with a Royal Naval ethos. Throughout their Sea Cadet experience the Cadets are able to gain qualifications and skills for life.

The prevention or relief of poverty in Romford and the surrounding area by the provision of a foodbank -Collier Row & Romford; the provision of advice to assist such persons to re-schedule and re-finance their borrowings by arranging repayment plans or implementation of other debt solutions; and the provision of financial education to enable such persons to manage their finances more effectively.

WWMS exists to relieve poverty among vulnerable migrants, including refugees, asylum seekers, migrant workers and their dependants living in the London Borough of Redbridge, neighbouring boroughs and Essex through the provision of advocacy, advice and support services. Our main focus is the provision of immigration advice. We also provide a general information and signposting service.

The principal activities of this Charity are; Advancement of Christian faith in the United Kingdom and Worldwide, through the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ as written in the Holy Bible. And relieving of poverty amongst the general public in our community and area of operations and through other established charities and partners.

Worship Services

The Charity?s main objectives are to reach out and provide support and aid to individuals who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress as a result of local or national disaster or by reason of their social and economic circumstances and to advance and promote the Sikh religion.

We are a Scout group which includes Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. We fundraise to pay for the upkeep of our Scout group headquarters and to give our young people as many opportunties to attend various scouting activities i.e. camping

The main activities of the Charity includes the following though not exhaustive:To relieve persons who are in conditions of need or hardship or who are aged or sick and to relieve the distress caused thereby in the said County and in such other parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the trustees may from time to time think fit;The charity is available to people of all races, sex & creed

1. Conducting weekly Sunday and midweek Christian worship services.2. Running seminars in the church with proven ministers of the faith to guide members in the various aspect of Christian faith, 3. Support for other charities and Christian events,4. Providing overseas aid and famine relief, and5. Involving in economic and community development

The charity's principal activities continues to be advancing the Christian faith, relieving persons in conditions of need or hardship advancing education in accordance with Christian principles.

Educational help and facilities for needy, emergency help and support to needy by provide foods, medical support and also help financially to provide permanent employment, helping to build house for poor family, orphan, elderly people and children's support provide by QASA financially to became independent them-self and work as partnership with other charity organisation and Cultural activities.

Social clubs for the elderly and women groups, karate club, dance classes and pre-school. Hall hire for social functions.

THE SOCIETY IS A CHARITY ESTABLISHED FOR THE CARE, WELFARE AND IN THE INTERESTS AND ADVANCEMENT OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITY.

Reaching the homeless, substance misusers and the less privelaged members of the society with food and drinks with the care and love of our Lord Jesus Christ to the society. General outreach to reach our community with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Provision of mathematics tutorial classes. liaising with other charity organisations for community projects.

To provide equipment for hire to assist all persons with mobility problems to carry out local shopping, recreation and long term rental.

The Charity operates a local history museum for the London Borough of Havering.

Put on events for the pupils of Harold Wood Primary School, their families and the local community to raise funds for the school. These activities include but are not limited to Summer and Christmas fayres, Mother and Father's Day gift sales, Firework displays and the selling of discounted tickets to local attractions.
