The main function of the Knebworth PCC is to co-operate with the incumbent in promoting, in the parish, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

Fund raising to assist charities operating mainly in Berkhamsted and district and pricipally in the fields of poverty relief, support for the elderly,the development of young people, education, disabilities and medical support. Overseas support is provided pricipally for Rotary based initiatives concerning third world development and emergency responses to natural disasters.

The PCC is committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship at the Church and to become part of our parish community at St. MaryÔÇÖs. It maintains an overview of worship throughout the parish and makes suggestions on how our services can involve the many groups that live within our parish. Our services and worship put faith into practice through prayer and scripture, music and sacrament.

The charity operates a winter night shelter, providing overnight accommodation and food for rough sleepers and the homeless. It works, year round, to support users with other aspects of their lives. These include drug, alcohol and mental health issues, financial guidance and "move on" housing options.

Creswick pre-school provides early learning and play experiences for children aged between 2-5. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

The advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination. The church may also advance education and carry out other charitable purposes in the United Kingdom and/or other parts of the world.

The income of the trust fund is applied to promote the Roman Catholic faith in the Diocese of Westminster.

Playgroup for infants of nursery age.

Within Cheshunt & it's surroundings the advancement of education & in particular that of older people retired from full time work by all means including associated activities conducive to learning & development.The provision of facilities for leisure time & recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the above persons in the interest of their social welfare.

Support to the parish clergy in providing Christian religious services within the Anglican Church open to the whole community, pastoral visiting and educational outreach work within All Saints' Parish. Use of other parish charity funds to relieve poverty and need within and outside the Parish. Donations to other charities . Use of the Church Hall as a meeting venue.

Stevenage Pioneer Youth Trust seeks to advance the Christian faith in Stevenage by reaching out to the young people of Stevenage with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Scout Group

Through horseriding activities we aim to provide therapy, achievement and enjoyment to children and adults with a variety of disabilities. The riders gain the physiological advantages of exercise in the open air, increased self-confidence, independence from taking responsibility and the opportunity to meet and socialise with the RDA community and have fun.Merged with Charity 1074341 on 12Nov2015.

We are part of The Scout Association and work to support Scout Groups in Hemel Hempstead. This includes the recruitment and training of adult volunteers and leaders; plus organising activities for young members; and supporting local Scout Groups in following the programme of The Scout Association.

Working in a framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and families and encourages children to be independent and have fun and friendship with other children and adults.
