The Loose Change Charity is a fund generating charity that will provide funds to supplement people related costs in charities operating in Huddersfield.

The Peter Brook Centre is a facility held in Trust as a field centre for the advancement of the education of the children of the Colne Valley High School through their leisure time activities so as to develop their physical mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.

1) To promote the craft of woodturning for the public benefit and in doing so raise the appreciation of the creativity, skill and heritage of woodturning.2) To advance the education of the public in the craft and skill of woodturning.

Conservation and protection of the natural and built environment of Denby Dale parish; provision , improvement and maintenance of accessible open space, parks and public amenities.
