The Newcastle Bach Choir holds 3 or 4 public concerts annually, one of which is always features the works of JS Bach. It also aims to perform works by twentieth century British composers on a regular basis. In addition, the choir engages in activities (workshops, outreach, partnerships with other choirs) to further its musical objectives.

The objective and principal activity of the charitable company continues to be the promotion and aid of such purposes as are recognised in English law to be exclusively chartiable. This is carried out by the directors/trustees maintaining a capital fund and allocating grants to various organisations and individuals out of the surplus income arising from the fund.

The Charity provides funds generated from its investment trust for the benefit of local charities grants to organisations

Provision and upkeep of Whalton Village Hall to maintain it as the centre of the village community with access for all types of use and events and by all local groups.

Provide a wide range of accessible and affordable activities for autistic people and those with related conditions and their families within the local community

Amble Food Bank helps members of its surrounding local communities who are struggling financially and need support via the provision of a food parcel that they receive fortnightly. All clients get referred to us through an official agency which assesses whether they are eligible for a food parcel. We also signpost clients to other agencies if they are in need of additional support.

To demonstrate and publicly present the Truth as set forth in the Bible and interpreted by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science in her book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures".

Real Lives: Real Choices supports adults with learning disabilities throughout County Durham and the north east of England in achieving their aspirations and goals through the provision of support, advice, information, training and learning opportunities

To advance the Muslim religion in the Blyth, Northumberland area for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings lectures producing and distributing literature on the Muslim faith to enlighten others about the muslim faith

Provides buildings and facilities to be used by the community of Kirkwhelpington and the surrounding area for arts, culture, sport and recreation and a venue for public and private meetings and functions including the local post office.

We support vulnerable people by offering a place of care and refuge, a listening ear, companionship and direct practical help. We provide alcohol, drug and relationship counselling and supply furniture, clothing and food parcels to those in need. We plan to implement a youth programme and a range of directed programmes around independent life skills, employability, sport and positive self-esteem.

To encourage the preservation and display public transport vehicles from the North East of England.

The premises are used by:-A Pre-School Play Group, Theatrical Society, Ballet Classes for ages 4 to Adult, Mixed Badminton, Ladies Badminton, Modern Dance Classes, Young People's Modern Dance Classes, Tea Dances, Old Time Dancing, Theatre Dance Classes and Scottish Country Dancing, Pilates, Fitness Sessions, Strength & Balance and Aerobics for the over 50's (NHS Project).
