We operate for the well-being of the community and for the public benefit in the area of Alnwick, by promoting social inclusion and preventing people from feeling socially excluded. We assist them to integrate into society through recreation and other leisure time activities.

The Tyne Lifeboat Society supports local good causes on Tyneside that are involved with saving lives on the River Tyne and around the immediate coastline and also youth organisations with a marine context.Organisations that benefit include Volunteer Lifeguards, Volunteer Life Brigades, Sea Cadets, Sea Scouts and Marine Emergency Units.

Supports local community. Helps further education within community. Supports resolutions to government to try to improve climate change. Environment & other areas - different resolutions submitted yearly. Provides meeting place for local people to air their views.

The Archbold Memorial Trust is for the use for the good of Wooler Residents. Any club or activity can apply. Cannot be used to promote your own business.

The aim of the museum is to preserve and highlight the history of Belford and its surrounding areas, giving a greater understanding of Belfords past to residents and visitors alike.

LEARNING FOR CHILDREN AGES 2.5 TO 5

The principal activity of the charity is develop a community wood with benches on the Tweed path remembering the members of the community of Horncliffe who served in WWII. Woodland will be planted and benches and appropriate interpretation installed. The plan will also celebrate wildlife, art and photography and the history of fishing by coble and net. Promotion and maintaining of the the site of The Battle of Flodden as a heritage and historical asset. Researching the Battle and related topics and publishing the results of such research. Providing printed and on-line material to inform and educate the public about Flodden. Linking Flodden to other related sites throughout the UK.

We provide direct help for the village school, which is an integral and central part of the village, and has been for generations.

Branxton Recreation Club is the management organisation for the community-owned village park. Through fund raising we ensure that the play equipment is kept in safe order, the grounds are maintained regularly and improvements are made.

BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS TO WHITLEY CHAPEL CE FIRST SCHOOL

To assist women in the County of Northumberland who are in need of rest and respite towards the cost of a break. The charity exists to help particularly those who are caring for others or who are convalescent.

Fundraising for benevolent causes effecting travelling showmen and their families

The charity works in the secular parish of Shilbottle with the general aim of improving the quality of life for the community as a whole. This work includes re-generation, environmental and social activities with the elderly.+The charity is open to all who work for the regeneration and social cohesion of this former mining village.
