Computers for Charities provides IT / Educational support to UK and Overseas Charities and Voluntary organisations. Primarily as developers of educational and vocational initiatives to aid registered organisatons. Supply of refurbished equipment and resources. Plus involvement of humanitarian aid where required.

Activities this year have been to support children who are living in the Holy Land by providing relief for those who currently may not be receiving help, who are in critical need because of extreme financial hardship, physical or mental illness / disability, abandonment, the death of one or both parents or family breakdown.

To improve equality of access and the quality of education provision for children and young people primarily in communities impacted by conflict. By means of making grants, provision of teacher training and professional development, creation of educational materials and development of facilities to charities, schools, other organisations and individuals.

Relief of poverty, sickness, other suffering and advancement of education. Special focus on orphans, widows, single parents and their families. Religious harmony, through awareness of distinctive features of different faiths and their common ground. Advancement of the Islamic religion and language, in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Kor'aan and of the Prophet Muhammed (peace be to him).

There is no one organisation that takes responsibility for graves and memorials before 1914. As a result many of the graves are in poor condition and are in need of repair. The Remembrance Trust has as an objective to find and, where possible, restore these monuments and graves of military personnel worldwide. We will also aid local communities and educate and train future generations.

A self help group assisting countries developing their services appropriate to local needs for people with cerebral palsy. ICPS also acts as a resource centre providing information on CP to anybody worldwide with an interest.

OUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE TO FUND A NON-FOR-PROFIT SCHOOL IN EAST LONDON, TO HELP THE LOCAL MOSQUE WITH LOCAL SUPPORT FOR THE NEEDY AND ALSO TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE TO RELATIVES IN PAKISTAN (ALL ARE OPHANS/WIDOWS AND SICK/UNEMPLOYED) WHO RELY ON SMALL PAYMENTS FOR FOOD AND MEDICINE.

Humanitet is an UK - based Disaster Relief organisation providing Humanitarian Aid to those affected by Conflict, War and Disasters around the world.

Provides grants Worldwide to movements who work for the education and betterment of the poor, undertake research into problems of the poor, provide relief of poverty and distress amongst persons who suffer as the result of international or industrial unrest, political or legal injustice, tyrany, oppression or persecution or who provide encouragement for the betterment and welfare of the poor.

Provision of counselling, pastoral, educational and reconciliation support in the Middle East and elsewhere.

Supporting St George's College, Jerusalem and giving grants to those attending courses there

The British Council Benevolent Fund's charitable purpose is the alleviation of financial hardship for British Council employees, both past and present, and their families, globally. The overriding criterion for assistance being immediate need and financial difficulty for example as a result of illness, bereavement, natural disaster such as earthquakes/floods or in areas of conflict.

Ummati Relief Foundation works locally here and internationally. Our main aim is to deliver humanitarian aid to relieve poverty to world's most vulnerable the orphans, widows, and the destitute. We provide immediate relief such as water, food, shelter, clothing and long-term sustainable income sources, education, and eye care without discrimination, responding to both crises and enduring need.

Our initiative aims to relieve poverty by providing housing for orphans, the destitute, and vulnerable individuals. We are dedicated to advancing education as a means of fostering self-sufficiency. Additionally, we focus on promoting health and promoting the moral and spiritual welfare and improvement of the broader community.

PROVIDING A SAFE HOME FOR GIRLS IN BETHANY WITH ACCESS TO EDUCATION AND HEALTH CARE

We work in the West Bank along side Palestinians. Our main activities are planting, mainly olive and grape trees. We work with women's co-operatives, helping them set up businesses and we provide play and educational equipment for children. All trustees self fund on the trips. All money raised is spent on projects on the ground in Palestine.

International Service focus is on developing "youth led change" and challenging social injustice and confronting climate change. We achieve this through strengthening youth leadership, advocating for systemic change, and practical action.

GRANTMAKING: Grants, made at trustee discretion, go to UK charities for their work overseas. Approaches for possible funding must be made through our Google form. We support projects aimed at producing lasting change, particularly through small-scale self-help initiatives, to some of the poorest sections of society. We also have concern for the victims of violence and for the promotion of peace.
