The Remembrance Trust has as an objective to find and, where possible, restore these monuments and graves of military personnel worldwide. The EJN works with journalists and others in Europe (W. Balkans & Turkey), China, Africa and the Middle East to improve media ethics, good governance and self-regulation to address misinformation and abusive forms of public communications. We work in the West Bank along side Palestinians. Our main activities are planting, mainly olive and grape trees. We work with women's co-operatives, helping them set up businesses and we provide play and educational equipment for children. All trustees self fund on the trips. All money raised is spent on projects on the ground in Palestine.

GRANTMAKING: For charitable work overseas at the discretion of trustees. All approaches for possible funding must be made through our website. The projects we support are aimed at producing lasting change, particularly through small-scale self-help initiatives, to some of the poorest sections of society. In its first year the Trust has concentrated on developing our infrastructure and a group of supporters to make donations and fund-raise. We have focussed our support in the Burin Community School, by funding a shelter providing valuable shade for pupils and staff.
