The charity's strategy is to advertise once a year in the local press, inviting young people between 11 and 20 and resident in Devon and Cornwall to apply to the Trust for a grant to help them partake in character building activities and for which they need financial help. Applicants need to have a project in mind and shown initiative by raising some of the funds themselves.

Run by the parents & friends with assistance of teaching and support staff of the school to advance the education of the pupils in the school in particular by:? Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; and ? Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

As a group we organise events that both parents and children can be part of at Glen Park Primary School . These help to create a sense of community in the school. Any proceeds are used to provide facilities and resources that enhance the children's education.

Plymouth City Pastors are Christians from local Churches. We walk the streets of Plymouth on Saturday night 10pm to 4am. We aim by our presence to reduce the fear of crime, bring a listening ear to those that want to talk and signpost folk to agencies for assistance. We carry first aid, water and flip flops. The charity supports and promotes the performance of live music of all sorts in all sorts of places and by all sorts of people, professional and amateur alike. Plymouth City Brass, based in Plymouth, Devon provide members with the opportunity to receive education and training at the members desired level through the regular rehearsals, concerts and competitions they participate in, this also aids the promotion of the musical art of brass band music within the general public.Membership of the bands is open to any member of the general public

Activities include a supply of homemade cakes on a weekly basis to the Injured and sick Military in Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, with monthly visits to the Rehabilitation Centre at Stanford Hall. along with other rehabilitation units Hasler company, CASEVAC Club and wherever else invited to support our injured personnel. Bringing a boost to morale to aid physical & Mental health recovery.
