SERV OBN provides specialist training, access to dedicated fleet of fully expensed motorcycles, authority to operate within the scope of specific Service Level Agreements in place between NHS hospitals and SERV OBN, opportunity to have their advanced rider skills assessed by qualified personnel Thus members serve their community by providing a rapid response motorcycle courier service FOC to NHS

Membership over 2000 with c 200 activity groups supported. Educational activities include education, arts & culture, science, sport/recreation, environmental study and support for single members. Members are involved in research projects. Facilities are provided for recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for members in the interests of their social welfare.

HIAR exists to alleviate homelessness and poverty

The object of the charity is the establishment and ongoing provision of a Christian school in the Reading area. The school will teach from a curriculum which aims to provide an understanding of the world from a Christian perspective and to equip its pupils to live in a way which honours God and serves other people. The school will seek to welcome children from all backgrounds.

Shantideva Centre provides a range of meditation classes and Buddhist events throughout the Thames Valley. It is a member of the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT-IKBU).

During the year Community Mission Project has continued to run a Breakfast / After School Club and during the Holidays an Out of School Club

To act as a resource for children and young people living in socially and economically disadvantaged communities in the Reading area, by organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of:advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities, advancing education, and providing recreational and leisure time activities

Medical Assistance Sierra Leone supports access to health care and urgent medical treatment for communities and individuals in Sierra Leone. Working with local partners in the government health service and with a range of local NGOs, we support training for health workers, awareness-raising around health issues, and provide a range of medication and equipment to under-resourced services.

The charity holds investments and uses the income to support retired priests

- to advance the Christian religion in accordance with the Holy Bible in Luton and anywhere within the UK/world.- to promote social cohesion within the community by organising events and working with local charitable organisations- to visiting/comfort the sick- to carry out weddings, funerals, baby blessings, house blessings etc - to help those in need

The main areas of charitable actvitiy are the provision of counseling, advice, support and the advancement of the Christian religion.

To promote the Greek Orthodox faith and charitable institutions in Reading area,and to support and expand the Greek Orthodox school.

WORSHIP SERVICES, BIBLE STUDIES, PRAYER MEETINGS, FELLOWSHIP MEETINGS, VISITATIONS.

The charity works to transform people's lives spiritually & physically through such activities as assisting the elderly and people with disabilities, counselling victims of various circumstances and engaging in youth & children activities that enables them to develop good moral characters as well as discourage them from engaging in anti-social behaviour.

The Charity's Objects are specifically restricted only for the public benefit to preventing or providing relief from sickness, disease or human suffering by assisting vulnerable adult members of the public in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Provision of English tuition to the local international community.Provision of therapeutic treatment in complementary medicine to the local community of all ages.
