Education through cinema exhibition and outreach activities. Extending cultural cinema and developing broader understanding of film through programmes and festivals.

Project 6 is a voluntary sector drug & alcohol provider in Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven, Sheffield and Doncaster. We provide advice & support to substance users, their families and carers. We deliver open access harm reduction services, structured treatment and recovery services in the community, primary and secondary care settings. We also offer peer mentoring and volunteering opportunities.

TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE SAFETY OF PEOPLE SUFFERING DOMESTIC AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE/ABUSE. TO ENABLE SUCH PEOPLE TO REMAIN SAFE IN THEIR OWN HOMES. The advancement of the religion of Islam according to the Sunni Hanafi Brailvi Tradition. Establish Mosques and Islamic seminaries. Promote the Islamic way of life and the general education of Muslims to live a good life so as to advance their spiritual mental physical and social well-being.

Nursery and Primary Education

The support of local communities through the distribution of grant funding. To promote community philanthropy and provide a service to donors, philanthropists, businesses, statutory bodies and trusts who wish to support their local community.Our vision is to improve the lives of local people and build stronger communities.

The Charity funds research and improves treatment and care for local people living with and after cancer. The Charity provides care and support for people affected by cancer, during and after treatment, through our information and support centre and outreach work. We also fund: (1)research into the causes of, and improved treatment for, cancer (2)cancer treatment services.

The Charity provides a comrehensive range of services to support visually impaired people in the city of Sheffield.

TO FURTHER ASSIST IN THE EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE (ON A SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL BASIS) OF BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITHIN SHEFFIELD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS THROUGH THE USE OF THE GAME OF FOOTBALL (INCLUDING ITS HISTORY AND RULES) AND OTHER ANCILLARY SPORTING ACTIVITIES AS EDUCATIONAL TOOLS.

To provide convalescent, nursing and respite care for the sick and aged in the Sheffield area, through the provision of fully-serviced nursing accommodation for residential patients, and through one self-contained residential flat providing sheltered accommodation for the elderly, being fully registered with all required regulatory bodies.

We assist, promote, encourage and facilitate the social, economic and environmental regeneration of the Manor, Castle & Woodthorpe areas of Sheffield-some of the UKÔÇÖs most deprived communities. We deliver health promotion, Early Years childcare, family support services,and community engagement leading to economic and social inclusion. We support community representation, and economic regeneration.

The Trust provides and maintains gospel halls for the religious activities of Christians, often referred to as 'Brethren'. The Trust also holds public outreach days and distributes nutritious food packages and gospel literature to homeless and needy persons

Age UK Sheffield (Age Concern Sheffield) is an independent, local charity, dedicated to enabling older people to be the architect of their own lives. We provide bespoke assistance, enabling people to find their own solutions, particularly those living in social isolation or with physical, sensory or mental impairment, facilitating access to a very wide range of the city's facilities and resources.

Promote, for the public benefit, urban regeneration in the North of Sheffield. Ensure that local people lead the regeneration process and engage them in the decisions that affect the quality of their lives. Support local organisations and help them to become more business like and more sustainable. Become sustainable and create wealth that can be used in the area.

Cliff College delivers university level education from undergraduate degrees through to doctoral research. It also trains people for Christian ministry in the contemporary world and provides a community within which students are encouraged to develop as Christian disciples and leaders.

The Trust makes grants:to support general charitable purposes for the benefit of the people of Sheffield, and to support the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in Sheffield.
