Zest is a development trust in Sheffield with a focus on Netherthorpe, Upperthorpe and Langsett. Zest manages the Zest Healthy Living Centre, comprising a pool, gym, cafe, library and offices and runs a children's weight management service, GP exercise referral and cardiac rehabilitation. Zest has services to assist people into work & training and a children's sports programme.

Cliff College delivers university level education from undergraduate degrees through to doctoral research. It also trains people for Christian ministry in the contemporary world and provides a community within which students are encouraged to develop as Christian disciples and leaders.

Age UK Sheffield (Age Concern Sheffield) is an independent, local charity, dedicated to enabling older people to be the architect of their own lives. Stocksbridge Community Leisure Centre is operated by the Trust for Public Benefit and offers a full range of sporting and leisure activities for the community.The Trust took over the operation of the centre in Summer 2013 following a successful community led campaign to save it, following the closure by Sheffield City Council in May 2013.
