131st Sheffield (Grenoside) Guides provides activities for girls and young women aged from 4 to 18 years. Our activities follow the Guide Association syllabus and guidelines giving our members opportunities to try new challenges and experiences in a safe and fun environment.

Hope Family is a Christian charismatic evangelical church. It endeavours to fulfil its objects via a number of projects, facilitated by church members namely:Food poverty - providing food bank, a meal to those in need through food family and soup wagon for the homeless; Playgroup; Allotment; Children's and youth work; Meetings for the socially isolated

Provision of affordable housing to people of lesser means from the local area.

1) Weekly Sunday worship services. 2) Organise & hold special events. 3) Teach & train members to grow in Christ. 4) To reach out to the specific needs of members. 5) To reach out to the needs of the surrounding community.

The object of the Charity is to support and further all or any charitable purposes carried out in connection with that part of the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the Diocese of Wakefield which relates to social and moral welfare.

Promotion of religious and cultural activities.

Present professional educational presentations and have related resources available on sharks and marine conservation for school students, adults, divers and the general public worldwide.Organize shark and marine conservation related activities and courses.Conduct shark and marine conservation research projects including citizen science projects.

PROVISION OF RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE SERVICES

Organising and performing four orchestral concerts a year for the general public in Sheffield

The Sea Cadet Unit provides activities and training for cadets aged 10-18 years inclusive

CARE OF AND RESCUE, REHABILITATION AND RE - HOME OF ABANDONED, NEGLECTED OR ABUSED GUINEA PIGS. GIVE SANCTUARY FOR THOSE DEEMED UNSUITABLE FOR REHOME DUE TO AGE, ILL HEALTH OR DISABILITY. PROMOTE IMPROVED CARE AND WELFARE OF SMALL ANIMALS VIA EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC. PROVIDE FREE ADVICE AND INFORMATION FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY HOLDING AND ATTENDING PUBLIC EVENTS TO IMPROVE ANIMAL WELFARE.

Broomhill Community Trust operates from Broomhill Community Library, 10 Taptonville Road, Broomhill, Sheffield, S10 5BR. The Trust was established to progress the development of the library building and its heritage garden, and also now operates the volunteer-run Community Library services and activities. It raises funds through donations, grants and developed revenue streams.

We organise fundraising activities in order to benefit the learning opportunities of the pupils of Mosborough Primary School. This year we have funded the purchase of a new new playground equipment, books for foundation new starters, equipment for the Science Curriculum and subsidised a number of educational visits for different year groups.

Providing Young People in the North of England full access to the Performance Arts activities including but not limited to Dance, Movement, Choreography, Music and Theatrical Performances.

Technical Lectures and Conference. Fund raising from Conference and Social Activities

The Trustees have determined that their priorities for funding; The Dennis Mason-Jones Award, The Bedford Scholarship and Academic Awards (tertiary & secondary education). There remain funds available for grants and support to be dispersed as the Society sees fit and subject to satisfying the objects of the society in the areas of Social and Education support of Architectural and urban design.

Providing free and confidential information,advice and guidance,benefiting the community of Chapelgreen in the City of Sheffield and adjoining areas. Organise and undertake relevant research work.Work with relevant institutions and organisations to secure the widest range of services that best matches the needs of its client population,obtain monies through grants and donations.

Promoting religious educational and cultural activities of special groups like children, youth and women. Carrying out service activities and charity for the benefit of members of the church

Sheffield Food Chain is a charity with a mission of nourishing and supporting the community, delivering regular packages of meals made from food surplus to individuals and families affected by food poverty.

Provision of community centre facilities for local groups and private hire.

To promote the benefits of young adults with learning difficulities by the provision of facilities for training and work experience. To relieve the needs of young adults with learning difficulties by the provision of facilities for training, work experience and vocational skills in a charity shop selling good quality donated items.

Classical Sheffield is a local charity committed to championing music makers and music making across the city of Sheffield. In doing so the charity connects over 60 organisations across the city's amateur, professional, and educational classical music provision. As part of this work Classical Sheffield promotes a major bi-annual festival the Classical Weekend.

We run a Toddler Group, Girls Brigade, Kids Club every week and take school assemblies. For Adults we have a fellowship group/bible study every week.We hold two worship services on a Sunday.

During the year the Society held a series of public lectures, organised visits of interest to the membership, continued work on regular publications and continued to monitor developments at its various sites and elsewhere in South Yorkshire.
