Anglian Community Trust is a charity that provides funding to support community and charity projects, through one-off funding.Its aims are:To promote and protect the social, mental and physical health, welfare and wellbeing of people in the community of North East Essex and surrounding areas. It will also fundraise with local community and/or charitable groups and accept donations.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

Rochford Hundred RFC is a community rugby club based in Rochford Essex. We run teams from the age o2 through to 19 for our younger members, a womens team and 4 senior mens teams

To enable women to improve and develop conditions of rural life, advance their education in citizenship, in public questions both national and international, in music, drama and other cultural subjects, in all branches of agriculture, home economics, health and social welfare. We are two Church of England churches in Shoebury, Essex. We have services in both churches every Sunday and at other times including baptisms, weddings and funerals. We support our local community and provide charitable donations to local and other organisations.

The One Love Project's focus is to assist and support vulnerable groups in and around Southend by meeting basic needs and improving quality of life via a trauma informed and humanitarian approach.

The objectives of the charity are to advance the education of the public in Essex by promoting literature, reading for pleasure and supporting and developing writers.The objectives are met, primarily, through an annual Essex Book Festival, which offers opportunities for local, national and international authors to discuss their works, writing workshops and competitions for budding authors.

The Carnival Estate Fund, in Leigh-on-Sea provides housing for people in need over 60 years of age who have lived in the Boroughs of Southend, Rochford or Castlepoint or for people who live outside these areas, that have relatives living within 3 miles of the Carnival Estate, also for people who do not have in excess of --£6k in their savings.

Our purpose is to nurture an emerging missional church among adults who are experiencing homelessness or are vulnerably housed in Southend. In partnership with God, each other and the wider family of God, we seek to express church through sharing the unchanging Gospel of Jesus in new ways, including our community cafe, Weekly church services and one to one support.

Just ride Southend provides all ability cycling in a safe environment. Using adapted cycles on an athletics track based in Southend on sea Essex. We also provide training for volunteers which includes mechanical, social and cycling skills.

The PCCs activities are primarily focused on the advancement of religion. Providing regular public worship. In addition, the PCCs activities include teaching taking assemblies, donations to other charities and our own projects provide public benefits in the relief of poverty and need, often for minority groups with particular needs such as the elderly.
