Reach Out For Mental Health CIO
We offer free counselling sessions via trainee counsellors to adults living in Essex who are experiencing suicidal thoughts. This can be offered face to face, over the phone or via Zoom. We are currently offering befriending and coaching via volunteers but this may finish in 2023 due to a lack of volunteers. We offer peer support coffee afternoons, currently in Thurrock, Southend and Maldon.

Friends And Places Together
We are based in Southend and our services were formed in Southend on Sea with funding from Southend Borough Council. The aim of Friends and Places Together is to seek friendships for isolated and vulnerable people within our community. Primarily we offer support to young people from 13 to 25 years old but we have had many requests to support all people that are isolated.

The main activities of the charity are the pre-school education of children under five years within a Christian setting and in line with current Early Years Foundation Stage guidance. This is achieved by working together with families delivering a play based, caring and supportive environment where children will blossom and develop in their own individual way.
