The funds continuing objectives are for charitable purposes within the areas affected by the activities of Manchester Airport. Income is generated from the annual donation from Manchester Airport, and from noise fines levied to airlines on departure by Manchester Airport and passed over to the Trust Fund. These funds are then dispersed to local interest groups as decided by the Trustees.

Lighthouse International Ministries (LIM) is a network of churches and individuals throughout Great Britain and Ireland that supports people and projects in Romania, India and Africa i.e. children's homes, youth camps, leprosy missions. LIM's heart is to strengthen, equip and facilitate indigenous people who have good ideas but have very limited resources.

The Handball Foundation promotes community health and well-being through accessible, inclusive handball and sports programmes across Greater Manchester. Greater Manchester Blood Bikes provides an out of hours courier service staffed by unpaid volunteers to NHS hospitals and hospices in the Greater Manchester area transporting Blood, Donor breast milk, samples and other items used for medical or the surgical treatment of patients for Doctors ,Hospitals, Hospices, Laboratories and Chemists free of charge.

RE:DISH works to improve the lives of those in Reddish focusing on projects that tackle poverty and social isolation. We run a twice weekly foodbank, a charity shopm a dementia friendly cafe, and youth group. Our community hub has a number of weekly social groups including Banter & Brews for men of all ages and Crafty Women. These give people chance to meet up, chat and take part in an activity.

WAST is a self help women's asylum seeker led organization building the members capacity for survival in the asylum system, developing members, confidence, basic English cultural understanding, new skills and providing opportunities to take part in activities which help overcome the trauma of their experiences and which also serve to raise awareness and understanding in their local communities.

We are the only women's upcycling workshop around. We're based in Wigan and Leigh, working hard to provide a different kind of space for women. We create gorgeous furniture while supporting women to be their most amazing selves.

The organisation works with women and their families to relieve the distress and suffering experienced as a result of domestic violence in, but not exclusively, South Manchester by the provision of outreach and drop in services which provide advice education and guidance.

Lower Moss Wood is an educational nature reserve and wildlife hospital . It provides a place for schools, disabled visitors, environmental groups and others to come and learn about conservation and the environment. The wildlife hospital takes in any orphaned, sick or injured wild animal or bird for care. Lower Moss Wood is also a private nature reserve.
