To provide palliative care services throughout the unitary authorities of Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen, and within South and Mid Powys, to people with a life-threatening illness, their families and carers.

The trust has entered into an agreement with the Council whereby the trust undertakes to deliver recreational and other leisure activities at various leisure facilities which are owned and leased by the Council as a step forward in creating a more active and healthy Torfaen with sport/physical activity at the heart of our communities.

CWA provides support to women (& their children) affected by all forms of VAWDASV. Refuge accommodation, complex needs, 24/7 Crisis, drop in, Community Support, ISVA, counselling, CYP support, group education/training opportunities.

To ensure that there is sufficient revenue to maintain the level of stipendiary ministry for the diocese and to enable the administrative functions of the diocese to be properly exercised.

Vision:The Care Collective wants to ensure unpaid carers are looking after themselves, enjoying their life and achieving their goals, whilst helping a family member or friend to receive empowering care or support.

Empire Fighting Chance (EFC) helps young people who are failing at school, in danger of drifting into a life of unemployment or even crime, and helps them turn their lives around. We run intensive mentoring and personal development programmes alongside a physcial activity. EFC perform remedial work on numeracy and literacy,preparation for employment courses,sports and mentoring qualifications

NEWCIS PROVIDES INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO FAMILY, FRIENDS AND VOLUNTEERS WHO PROVIDE UNPAID CARE TO RELATIVES, FRIENDS OR NEIGHBOURS ACROSS WALES. THE PEOPLE THEY PROVIDE CARE TO, COULD NOT LIVE IN THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THEIR CARER. NEWCIS PROVIDES TRAINING, GRANTS, RESPITE BREAKS,COUNSELLING AND CARER GROUPS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE UNPAID FAMILY CARER.

Advocacy Support in Cymru provides independent mental health advocacy to clients across our area of operation. This includes the provision of statutory services under the Mental Health Act in several local authority areas. We also provide a community advocacy service.

To provide a community Hospice and specialist palliative care service to the population of Blaenau Gwent.

Provide advice and support at two Bureau offices and outreach services through face to face interviews, written correspondenc, telephone advice, email, via a video link on benefit, debt, housing, consumer, employment, education, immigration, family, legal and local issues.

THE CHARITY PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE OF DIRECT SUPPORT SERVICES TO OLDER PEOPLE THROUGHOUT GWENT TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE ADVOCACY; INFORMATION AND ADVICE; DIGITAL PROJECT;HOSPITAL DISCHARGE; COMMUNITY SUPPORT; RESPITE CARE; CARERS PROJECT AND ROBINS WARD SERVICE. THE CHARITY ALSO OFFERS A HOME SUPPORT SERVICE AND LATER LIFE PLANNING SERVICES.

Projects and actions to improve riparian habitats and water quality for salmon and other indigenous species of animal and plant life of the rivers Wye and Usk and their tributaries and catchments and economic benefits through the regeneration of fisheries and associated angling tourism.

Gwent Wildlife Trust has a vision of an environment rich in wildlife for everyone. We work to rebuild biodiversity and engage people with their environment. We manage land, campaign for wildlife, provide advice and promote enjoyment and appreciation of wildlife.

Growing Space provides rehabilitation, sheltered training and work experience within the community for adults with or recovering from mental health problems. We offer two vocational training routes in horticulture and woodwork and also enable access to a work based learning programme, which includes IT training and personally tailored training in agreed key skill areas and confidence building.

The objects of the charity are to provide for the education and training of people who are employed or who are about to be employed (apprentices) in the engineering / manufacturing industry. It also extends to the provision of education and training of members of the general public where they have an associated need.

The main purpose of the charity is to apply income for any charitable purpose relating to the National Health Service delivered by the Aneurin Bevan University Local Health Board.

Providing good quality childcare in a economically deprived area

We provide support and services to people with an acquired brain injury, their families and carers in south east Wales.

Sparkle (South Wales) Limited under appeal name "the Sparkle Appeal" provides sporting, leisure and support services for the 1200 children with complex disabilities in the Gwent areas and their families. It provides many enhanced services for children with wide ranging disabilities and supports provision of treatment, consultation, care, leisure and information all under one roof.

To educate young people as to develop their physical, mental, social and spiritual welfare capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved.

Our activities include fundraising, organising Animal Activity Days, giving Welfare Vouchers to the Public for any conditions their animal may be suffering from, funding the Re-homing project in the Branch area,paying vets bills, and funding neutering and speying. We also fund boarding and fostering of animals in need of a home to recuperate in.

TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY.TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
