The objects of the branch shall be to promote and encourage for the benefit of the nation the improvement, protection and preservation of the countryside of Devon and its towns and villages and the better development of the rural environment.

Monitors all planning applications in Wotton under Edge parish. May hold talks, lectures, consultations for members and the general public to inform and support the preservation, conservation and quality of the local environment.

Provision of Cristian resources for education, worship , and personal use.Listening ear for those in distress. Help with form-filling for those with learning difficulties. Voluntary employment work placements for variety of situations. Quiet space for people to sit, pray, think in peace. Prayer requests. Open forum for discussions of faith. Talks & presentations for community groups.

The group seeks to protect the public rights of way and the coutryside in the parishes of Huntington,Hatherton,Saredon, Shareshill,Cheslyn Hay, Great Wyrley,Featherstone, Hilton and Essington

Managed a redundant village hall with a view to rationalisation.In accordance with the governing document the trustees obtained permission to sell the Victoria Institute. The property has been sold and the proceeds of the sale will be spent in accordance with the objects of the charity from time to time in due course.The Trustees will compose of a maximum of eight members of the community

The primary function of the charity is to make grants to individuals to support activities outside the normal curriculum such as study visits. The second function is to support the provision of community transport in this deeply rural area.

Promotes the well being of women in rural areas through education, training, health and welfare activities.

To advance public education in the Arts (particularly music, literature and drama), country life and related subjects.

Planning Aid service provides advice and support - on town planning matters - which is free, independent and professional. The advice provided clearly reflects the current UK planning system, but is not part of local or central government nor developer influenced. We work with individuals and communities all over London to help them with changes in their neighbourhoods and areas.

Give support to youth groups by giving donations to help purchase sports equipment, musical instruments etc. Make people aware of the facilities available to them. Protect and try and bring about changes that will enhance the facilities in the area. Look after the environment.

The income of the Fund is to be used for the provision of prizes for students attending the course in agriculture organised by the Pembrokeshire Education Committee.

Supplying facilities to give a feeling of being able to contribute towards the upkeep of the establishment by their particicpation in horticultural activities, animal husbandry etc. To offer opportunitiedsto take part in local community activities. To develop the resdient's personal skills and awareness.

The Advancement of and Research into Agriculture

To provide advice/information on welfare rights, housing, primary healthcare, education, training, employment, environmental issues, human rights. people with disabilities, help the homeless people, to advance the education of children and to relieve poverty amongst Bangladeshi's in the UK.

The Charity has constructed a Maternity Hospital in Ukana, a remote rural town in Enugu State, Eastern Nigeria. Its completion has made available a local hospital that serves all the neighbouring towns. Babies are being delivered there with the support of trained midwives. The Charity is now in the process of trying to acquire essential medical equipment and still needs ongoing financial support.
