The Young Farmers Movement which provides the means to advance the education and personal development of young people of the public in all aspects of rural life. It is an organisation run by the members for the members on Anglesey.It provides for all types of training, recreation and leisure time occupations so as to advance their development as confident, self-reliant individuals.

Promotes the welfare of children and young people under the age of 25 who suffer from various effects of social deprivation, abuse, mental and physical handicap, inadequate housing, lack of education or training, and the problems derived from unemployment and lone parent families.

Eccleshall YFC is part of the Staffordshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs, a rural youth organisation for anyone aged between 10 and 28 years of age. The Club meets regularly in and around the Eccleshall are and organise their own programme of events which include sports, socials, discos, balls, visits, talks and many much much more.

To advance education in the arts, by providing inclusive and creative well-being events in Derbyshire, and in particular for those socially excluded. " Socially excluded" means those excluded from parts of society due to one or more of the following factors namely financial hardship, poor education/attainment, unemployment, disability/health issues, ethnic origin, gender, or age.

(i) to advance the education of older people no longer in full time gainful employment, in the Harrogate area(ii) to improve the conditions of life and social welfare of older people

To provide financial grants to women and children (male or female) to the age of 18 considered to be of poor financial means, are sick or convalescing after illness or operative treatment, resident in Gloucester City or neighbourhood previously forming Gloucester Rural District.

We provide overseas aid for water based projects such as building bore holes or providing elephant pumps, irrigation for villages and water troughs for animals.

CHOC manages and maintains Clare Town Hall and Clare Old School Community Centre for the benefit of the parishioners of Clare and the immediately surrounding communities. The rooms and halls are available for hire for social, educational, recreational, leisure and other community activities without distinction of age, gender, social, racial, religious or political differences.

We give support to selected projects overseas, especially those in which local people are involved. We help communities in poor countries with funds for small scale projects that can create a long-lasting benefit. Typically these include the provision of medical, educational and community facilities and the promotion of new techniques for irregation, education and organic farming.

We are a volunteer-driven organisation for those who are no longer in full-time employment. We facilitate lifelong learning and stimulating daytime activities in the company of others. All activities are run and coordinated by volunteers.

This charity operates exclusively for the benefit of Kindwitwi Leprosy Care and Community Development Association in the Rufiji State of Tanzania. Its activities are fully covered in the classification section.

Woodgate Valley Urban Farm is a focus for the empowerment & practical involvement of people from the local community in rural activities.. There is an emphasis upon young people, the disadvantaged, and the underprivileged to whom we give general support, life skills training & basic confidence in a non judgemental environment.
