Advancement of Agriculture and Horticulture for the benefit of the public by holding an annual show at/near Llandyfaelog

The centre continues to be well used by its tenants and various sections of the community. It now offers a variety of services including community education, employment training, crime prevention and social activities.Its sporting sections has various rugby teams, football teams and bowling teams. A new bowling pavilion and refurbished changing rooms are included in the charity's future plans.

An educational trust that awards grants to individuals to assist with education or training such as books, fees, tools or equipment to help them achieve employment or professional qualification. Applicants must live (and have had 5 years residence) in Chelmsford Borough or former Chelmsford Rural District or have been a student at a school or equivalent in these areas.

Education and training for disadvantaged people leading to employment Education includes Supplementary School, Structured educational Internet Activities. Advocacy, and advice. Computer Courses from basic to advanced skills. Supporting people into employment.

THE PROVISION OF POSITIVE ACTIVITIES FOR RURAL YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10 TO 28

LOCAL MEETING PLACE FOR VILLAGE CLUBS AND SOCIETIES - EG BOWLS CLUB, MOTHER AND TODDLER GROUP, DANCING, PLUS AD HOC COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, SUCH AS JUMBLE SALES.

A) To advance the education of young members of the public in agriculture, home crafts, country life and related subjects. and B) In the interest of social welfare to provide and promote the provision of facilities for recreation and leisure.

Facilitating a range of community activities and gatherings, for residents of Ince Blundell and the surrounding areas, through maintaining and making available Ince Blundell Village Hall.

U3A provides Public Benefit by facilitating continuing education and social welfare to older people no longer in full-time employment. This is achieved by forming small, interactive groups of people with common or related interests who meet in each others homes, by organising general, monthly meetings with expert presenters on a wide range of subjects and by running trips to places of interest.

We operate as a UK prayer base for the nations. Our building is used for teaching, training and education, also for fundraising and administration. Abroad we pioneer projects to feed/educate destitute children. We encourage local farming, medical & health education. Future plans are to help projects become more self sufficient.

The aim of the trust is to support effective voluntary youth work with, and on behalf of, young people in the rural areas of England & Wales. The trust will concern itself primarily with the motivation and training of young people, developing their personalities and individual capacity to play their full part as caring and active members of their rural communities.

Pontfaen YFC meet on a weekly basis. The club is open to all young people aged 10 to 26 years of age. Activities include art & craft, drama, sport etc.

Awards grants for promoting the education, including physical and social training of persons under the age of 25 years who are or who have a parent resident in the area of the former Horbury Urban District.

Fostering competition and fellowship within the rural community of the parishes bounding the course of the River Manifold through an annual show. Awarding a bursary to students from the area. Making grants to other charities serving the area.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of people of Garboldisham and the surrounding areas. This is to include use for recreational, cultural and sporting pursuits, as well as meetings, lectures, classes, and for other forms of community activities, with the aim of improving the quality of life for all the villagers.The village hall is the central point for the village.

The Olive Tree Trust supports small scale projects in urban areas of deprivation in Britain that encourage a sense of community, provide opportunities for the disenfranchised and dispossesed, aid regeneration of the local environment and work towards building an improved and sustainable future for its inhabitants.

REFOCUS WORKS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFITS BY ADDRESSING THE NEEDS MAINLY OF YOUNG PEOPLE OF BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC ORIGIN IN AND AROUND READING, BERKSHIRE WHO ARE EITHER INVOLVED IN CRIME OR AT RISK OF BECOMING SO. WE PROVIDE SUPPORT THROUGH MENTORING, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, LIFE-SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, COUNSELLING, COACHING, IN-SCHOOL PROJECTS AND HOLIDAY PROVISIONS.

Provision of educational and recreational activities in the Tewkesbury area for those no longer in full time employment. This is done mainly through small self help groups.

Arts and Education, community regeneration & capacity building initiatives. The charity operates mainly in South East England but has been invited to present its work at festivals, conferences,competitions and events in the UK and at international festivals. 1st Prize European Year of Lifelong Learning, 1st Prize Londoners of the Year (Community Development).

To promote and encourage:Education through research into the evolution of British rural landscape from the Palaeolithic to the present day; The provision of education and training in landscape research methodology; the dissemination of the useful results of landscape research.

Education and development of young people through a variety of activities and competitions including public speaking, stock judging, cookery and sports. 10 clubs across the county organise their own weekly meeting. Emphasis on social, fundraising and travel opportunities too.
