ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIAN RELIGION.RELIEVE OF POOR, SICK AGED, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM, HOMELESS OR UNEMPLOYED.AND ANY OTHER PERSONS IN NEED AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID CHURCH.

1. Promotion of the improvement of the Dales Countryside Museum. 2. Raising of funds to help in maintaining and enlarging the collection. 3. Arranging lectures and other interesting and educational events.

Management of Simpson Village Hall, leased from Milton Keynes Council. Support for local community activities. Support for Simpson History Group.

Builth Wells YFC is open to young people aged 10 to 26 years of age, offering a particapative programme. Which includes; cookery, rural craft, sport, drama, training, community involvement and much more.

Rental of agricultural plots of land

The Trust makes annual donations to a selection of charities, prioritising those with a connection to farming, and those which have relatively limited resources where a small donation may have more impact. The trust will consider causes throughout the world, but tends to concentrate on those in the UK.

To enable women to take an effective part in rural life and development

General charitable purposes; maintaining a building where the community can congregate, or where community activities (such as elections, parish council meetings, fitness classes or church events) can take place. We also organise five or six events each year to bring the community together.

To stimulate interest in the village of Mickleton, to promote high standards of planning and architecture in the future development of Mickleton and secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in Mickleton

Stimulate public interest in the area by promoting high standards of planning & architecture and securing the preservation, protection, development & improvement of features of natural, historic and public interest.

Conservation of buildings and surroundings in the Halifax area.

Provides community activities ie domino drives, fund raising events. A building for the use of local history groups, art groups and activities for young children.

MASONIC CHARITY FOR THE LODGE OF AGRICULTURE 1199 YATTON. TO GIVE DONATIONS TO LOCAL CHARITIES.

Charmouth Almshouse Charity provides assistance where necessary to residents living within the Parish boundary i.e. financial difficulties due to theft, loss of job, accident, Hospital stay, desertion or a death. Annual grocery vouchers to those deemed in need. Help with school uniforms - College and Universary grants.

The club meets every Monday evening and activitie vary from talks to visits to taking part in County organised activities. We hold a few fund raising events each year including an annual Ball, ploughing marathon and fancy dress disco.
