The Charity provides Schools in or substantially serving the area of benefit such special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority and in promoting the education of persons under the age of 25 who are resident in the area of benefit and who are in need of financial assistance.

The provision of items, services and facilities at Anthony Gell School.The promotion of the education of persons in need of financial assistance, who are or at any time have attended the school, or are under the age of 25 and are resident in the parish of Wirksworth and the surrounding villages.

Chipping Sodbury Pre-School is a community based, voluntary managed group. We aim to offer and provide quality childcare for children aged 2 years to 4 years in a safe, secure and stimulating environment which is warm and friendly. The Haileybury Society exists to assist and promote educational objects in connection with Haileybury and to form a strong bond of union between the School and its former pupils.

Preschool education

Provision of organised football activities for young people attending schools in the County of Kent, the London Boroughs of Bexley and Bromley, and the Unitary Authority of Medway

Training for African women and children in ESL, cookery, Arabic language, IT and personal health matters. There is a homework class for schoolchildren on Sundays. Advice, information and language support on personal health and related matters given to women and support in contacting schools in respect of their children's education and further development.

Provides pre-school sessional daycare for children

To provide care and education for young children between the ages of 2 years and 4 years 11 months, in a safe and stimulating environment. To provide children with interesting activities that are right for their age and stage of development, and provide a curriculum for the Early Years Foundation Stage of education.

Provision of pre-school for children from the age of 2 years to school age.

Gives grants and fellowships for research into eye disease through recognised University and Hospital research departments.
