Education Charities

To advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; and engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The Fund's focus is on furthering education and research in transport at UK universities. It does this primarily by providing bursaries for UK residents studying full time for a taught Masters degree in Transport at a UK university.

Parent and Teacher Association

Fundraising for the School, the following are some of the ways in which we fundraise: Christmas fair, summer fair, Easter egg hunt, fun run, second hand uniform sales & ice cream sales in the warmer months. Our events are held on the school grounds.

Fundraising for Lord Williams's School, Thame for school resources and various items of equipment

The Old School Hall Management Committee manages a community centre comprising a large hall, large meeting room, kitchen, entrance lobby and toilets. In 2009 an annex incorporating infants toilets was added. The premises are available for hire to any not for profit community group. When not required by not for profit groups the facilities may be hired by commercial organisations and individuals.

PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES FOR CLUBS AND SOCIETIES IN AND AROUND THE VILLAGE OF ABERGYNOLWYN. CATERING FOR PARTIES, CONCERTS, FUNCTIONS AND CONFERENCES. LEASING COMMUNITY CAFE. SITE OF (SNOWDONIA NATIONAL PARK) TOURIST INFORMATION POINT. SERVING AS LOCAL POLLING STATION AND VENUE EDUCATIONAL CLASSES RUN BY A LOCAL COLLEGE.

To raise funds by carrying out events such as fetes, bazaars and family evenings.

We hold events and activities within our school and local village to raise funds for purchases within our school.

Educational lectures and visits. Study groups.

Provision of clothes, shoes etc for school childrenAssisting local organisations in the village - cricket club, Dethick Educational Trust, Medical centres. CO-Educational School Providing free education for children within its catchment area of Deptford/New Cross. Annual Distribution of Funds to Pensioners of Deptford as per its Charitable TrustProvides amenities to the Local Community

To provide and promote facilities in the interest of social welfare, recreation, education or other leisure / caring occupation for youth, community groups and pre schools. This is for the benefit of inhabitants of all ages from Flitwick and the surrounding areas.

Provision and use of the former school premises as a community facility and benefit for the villagers of Wigglesworth

The Charity's main Object is the advancement of education and the Catholic religion by sharing the financial burden involved in providing accommodation and facilities required by Saint Ambrose College, a state-funded independent Catholic grammar school in Hale Barns, Cheshire.

The charity exists simply to raise funds through numerous events aimed at parents,children and friends of Beech Hall School Macclesfield.

The support of hymnody by way of prizes, scholarships, bursaries, and other grants to musicians concerned with the composition and rendering of religious music and for hymn writers.

Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers. Yes, we go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling and canoeing. But we also get to hang out with our friends, having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges. Every week we give almost half a million 6-25 year olds the skills they need for school, college, university, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills for life.

We organise events throughout the school year to raise funds in order to enhance the school life of our pupils.

Pre School Playgroup for children with Special Needs, their siblings and also children without specified "special needs".

General charitable purposes for home and abroad.e.g. Shelter/Emergency Boxes,the Rotary UK Fund,International Children's Trust,(providing education for children in the third world),for local school Arts competition,Youth Speaks and Young Enterprises.
